We had an amazing shopping experience at Urban Mattress. Shane was great. He gave us his full attention and helped us choose the most perfect mattress. The mattress was delivered on time and the delivery crew was friendly, punctual and efficient. We’re in and out in < 10 minutes. We are obsessed with our new mattress. We now recommend this Austin store to all our friends!

I am only reviewing the service I received as I have not received my bed delivery yet. Shane, the owner, was very patient and kind with us, explaining things when we asked questions and even still didn't purchase. We took 3 trips total to finally pull the trigger on the same mattress we thought we liked and Shane was no less patient with us from 1st or 3rd visit including answering phone calls, and letting us stay around and lounge on the mattresses for a while. He is truly and excellent owner and I believe he takes pride in what he does. We are looking forward to receiving out mattress and have full faith that if we encounter any issues, Shane will help us make them right with their 100 night warranty.

The store location (Cedar Park) was easy to find, ample parking. The store was we'll kept, organized, comfortable. Bed selections well organized, ease for trying out comfort level. Ĺíłłïê provided us with details to help us better understand mattress selection. She is a top notch excellent Sales & Customer service representative for Urban Mattress business & family. Truely an asset to your company! Our delivery experience was excellent. I highly, without hesitation, recommend Urban Mattress. I have back and sciatic nerve pain stemming from lower back issues and arthritis. it was hard to find a firm enough mattress for a stomach sleeper with those issues but this mattress is amazing! I need the perfect, best sheets to the bed (mattress from Urban Mattress) for our son and his partner. This was her first visit to Austin, his home town, and we wanted her to feel special. I also wanted to buy thoughtfully. The bamboo sheets are a thoughtful purchase. They feel luxurious and have a cooling effect. The unique strap to have a good fit at the corners is thoughtful too! We have paid for really expensive sheets. These are not inexpensive; however, sheets for which we paid more are not better.

Andrew was welcoming and very helpful. With such a wide variety of different mattresses it can be difficult to decide which one is the right fit. He was very attentive with any questions and explained all the various mattresses and the natural products that they are made of which helped me to make the best choices; his kindness made all the difference..
