We appreciated the whole experience from purchase to delivery. The delivery guys were particularly nice and efficient.

After a couple of questions , I was waiting for a response and was hung upon from the customer service assoc.

Superb friendly unbiased professional! Just amazing! As good as can be, didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need but got me exactly what i did need and was clearly very knowledgeable about the subject of matresses , beds, frames etc.

The experience in the store was the best. However, I wish I could say I'm 100% pleased with the mattress. It's shorter (maybe by a couple of inches) than the typical full mattress and fitted sheets do not fit tight at all. Also, the mattress is extremely heavy and I find it difficult to tuck in the top sheet correctly. So - other than size and weight the mattress is very comfortable. Just wish it fit my sheets!

Installation was fast and easy. After initially choosing the very firm mattress, Urban Mattress agreed to exchange it for one that was much more to my liking. I am very pleased.

Great selection of mattresses and service. Delivery was quick and easy. Our grown children use it when they visit and are satisfied with it. Owner helped me and he was confident, knowledgeable and friendly.

I am giving them 4 stars because the bed we bought has turned out to sleep very hot during the summer. We were told that it would sleep somewhat cool and that hasn't been the case. The shopping experience was very good at the store and the delivery crew was top notch. The bed is very good quality, just too hot.

We were disappointed in this mattress. We bought it long after another natural mattress we had, and it got "sleep dents" in in not long after we bought it. Did not have great service when something went awry at delivery, either.

I'm still sleeping on the mattress, it's amazing! The only thing I could possibly complain about was that I had to wait one or two days for delivery because the delivery guys weren't available...I don't remember exactly since it was a few years ago. So yeah, a few nights on the inflatable. But great since then. Worth.

Helpful service while in the north Lamar showroom. Delivery service was prompt, handling of mattress could of used more men to make things more smoother for a king size bed.

When I bought my mattress the protection cover was not delivered as promised. My mattress was way over $3,000. When the fit was not right, no response, false one trial. I will never step foot inside your store again. Lot’s of promises to make a sell, no follow up.
