I can't give a high enough rating. We had continuous problems with very high end mattress (100% organic latex). Urban Mattress stood by us through the many iterations...meaning through many trials and efforts to improve this mattress. We finally decided to bail on the natural latex thing and go to their 'private label'...Bloom. I left the store with a smile. It's extremely rare in this Amazon based retail world to find someone who has complete knowledge of their product to stick it out. Kudos!
I have loved my Urban mattress ever since I bought it eight years ago. I agree with the guy whose review I saw before I bought mine . . . the only disadvantage is I don't want to get out of bed in the morning. As I recall, the sales person was very knowledgable and not pushy. I highly recommend.
Excellent store to buy the most important piece of furniture in your house. All the guys there know what they are talking about. We bought there and have never regretted it.
I had a great experience. Got to try the beds and found the one I wanted that felt amazing. Shane helped me get it within my price range. Plus I got to donate 1% to a local charity. I'm not paid just really impressed. I bought that bed in 2013.
The new mattress is firm where I want it to be firm and "soft" or comfortable where I also want it to be so. It was delivered when arranged, it was an easy process from choosing to sleeping on it. I visited the showroom and tried out the same mattress several times and kept comparing it to others to be sure and the salesperson was always patient, helpful and friendly. I was also happy to buy from a local firm.

Only place in town to buy a mattress! Isaac at the Lamar Central Market location is your go to guy. Locally owned...donation of your purchase to a non-profit, they stand behind their products and take care of their customers. These guys are the best!
Never slept on a bed as comfortable as this one and I’m now living in the Middle East and can’t find one that can replace it

Honest salespeople - I had previously bought a mattress at another store in town and it wasn't good. I told the gentleman what kind of sleeper I was and he recommended a mattress for me. Best mattress I've ever had. Would buy again!

Provided a very good mattress. Lots of other offers came with the mattress, but were not sent timely. They did make good on it, i.e. they let us go and purchase the sheets we needed for the new mattress, and reimbursed us for them, as well as sending the original offered sheets when they came in. All in all it they were very responsive, The reason for 4 stars is it should have been known they wouldn't arrive in time and we could have been prepared if notified.
They sold me a unbelievably squeeky memory foam mattress. What a waste of money. I paid way to much for this piece of junk. You already replaced the box it's the mattress.

I've had a great experience with Urban Mattress when buying my own mattress - they didn't have exactly what I ordered in stock so they offered to give me a better product :) I enjoyed my experience there and ended up taking a mattress-hunting friend there later.
Excellent products! Most comfortable bed I’ve had, and well made. The wool pads are also highly recommended for their added protection and comfort. Wool is breathable. The customer service from store purchases to delivery was professional and friendly. Finally I like that it was made in the US.
