Very long story but as brief as possible; I bought a mattress from Urban Mattress close to two years ago. I wasn’t really happy with my first mattress after sleeping on it for approximately six weeks or so. I requested an exchange and selected a different mattress. It was delivered and while I really, really wanted to love it, I just did not. I didn’t request another exchange and just accepted I had a $5000 bed I wasn’t crazy about. 🤦‍♀️ Two months ago, a good year and a half into the replacement mattress from Urban Mattress, I received an autonomous survey regarding my mattress. While remaining highly professional, I expressed my disappointment with the mattress. A great mattress, I’m sure. Just not for me. I had absolutely no expectations from the survey other than to express my personal experience, since it was solicited. About a week after responding, the owner of Urban Mattress sent me an email and asked me if I’d like to go select another mattress in his store. He asked me a few qualifying questions about my sleep preferences and position (back, side, etc) and then made several suggestions for specific mattresses that fit my criteria. I selected one of the ones he recommended and it was delivered 3 days ago. All at no expense to me. In a world totally void of world class customer service, I’d have to say that Shane sure demonstrated that there are still business owners who have a moral compass and operate their business with full integrity and acute customer focus. Period. Thank you, Shane. You demonstrate walking the talk and are among few who actually do. Hats off to you, sir! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I had a great experience from end to end with Urban Mattress! From the helpful explanations, and unhurried process of identifying the right mattress for me to making the delivery process smooth - everyone was professional and extremely helpful. Additionally, there was a longer than usual time for delivering my mattress, and I was offered a temporary mattress to bridge the gap. This is certainly the place to go for personal, and exceptional service. Absolutely recommend!

Ordered over the phone from Wisconsin based on bed purchased seven years ago. They matched the mattress, frame, and delivered before we moved into new home in Georgetown. Nice job folks!

They do not stand behind their warranty. Then they try to get you back in the store and give you 50% off. Only to find out no discount. Mattress was inspected by an independent contractor. We just got tired of getting funneled to the middle of the mattress every evening. The mattress was two years old, so we were forced to purchase another one elsewhere. The new mattress is approximately 2 years old and it's holding up perfectly!!

First of all, Shane, who I believe is the owner, is friendly, funny, and a formidable salesman. He knows his products and is honest and helpful about options. Shopping at Urban Mattress for my mattress topper was actually a delightful experience! I didn’t expect that when buying bedding products! My purchase actually became a very interesting conversation too! Last year, I should have bought my mattress there too! Wouldn’t have needed the topper! Very personable professional!

From the moment my Fiance and I walked in the door we were warmly welcomed, encouraged to try out ALL the mattresses and were even given a free pillow after we left. The delivery guys were incredibly friendly and prompt. The entire process was a 5 star rating!

I waited a while to write because I wanted to see if the mattress lived up to the sales pitch. We had a wonderful sales person; so friendly and knowledgeable. I have been using the mattress for a couple of months now and it may be the best mattress I’ve ever had. In ten years or so I’ll write another review to tell you how it aged.
