I bought a mattress from Urban Mattress, about three years ago. I love the mattress but a few months in, it soon got a dent in it, even though I'd been turning and flipping it regularly - about once every 6 weeks. I weigh less than 100 lbs. At some point, I asked to have them come out and look at it. They sent Vispring people to come out. It was sagging about 1 1/2" but they didn't replace it. The inspector was aggressive and not very nice. They sent me a perky email stating "Good News! We found nothing wrong with your mattress" despite my body literally getting stuck in the sags. The Urban Mattress people could have intervened at that point and just replaced my mattress even though ViSpring wouldn't. They just sort of shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. I asked them to come out and see it but they never came. Either they thought I was some sort of princess in the pea situation or they just didn't care. They just kept telling me to flip it. It's been several years now, I still flip it all the time and it still has sags. The mattress was expensive and I have back problems. Was so not cool.
Soend almost $1k on a bed and 5 yrs later its worn out with with springs poking ya and the warranty seems to have been for 2 or 3 yrs. when i called abt it, i was offered another bed at their cost. Why the hell would i spend $, even at cost, for a product that is a POS! I wouldnt. My 20 year old sealy posture pedic is almost like new. You can guess what Im buying to replace this expensive POS.

Shane was awesome very informative very patiently as I tried out each of the beds. Delivery guys were awesome there were three of them they came and went with hardly any disruption. It was perfect could’ve asked for more.

These guys are not the worst business in the world, but they do suck. Don’t confuse comfort exchange with return. Make sure you get a receipt and sign all the appropriate paperwork. Customer service is not good. They screwed up big time with me and then dodged me. They guy at the central location yelled at my wife, seriously yelled at her and said he didn’t have time to deal with the situation he caused because his daughter was there. Keep in mind I was there with my kids. Then the owner dodged me for two weeks. I had to drive to all the locations to find him and confront him to get my money back. I would never recommend doing business with them.
We have been sleeping on our urban mattress for over a year now and absolutely love it –and slept through pregnancy amazingly in comfort! We just bought another one for our garage apartment so that our guests can be comfortable as well. Great value and quality -the sales people are always fantastic and super helpful as well.
My bed is not comfortable because it’s on an adjustable base. It just doesn’t feel the same as a regular bed. I need a boxspring and wish I wouldn’t have bought the adjustment frame.
Loved the service and a couple of years later still love, love, love my mattress!

Great customer service and ambiance. However, I would not purchase mattress again. Had to purchase a mattress pad in order to sleep on it.
Shannon did a great job of getting me into the right mattress and when there was a minor manufacturing defect, they got it replaced in no time! I highly recommend them given not only the quality of their products and the knowledge they have but they also follow-up super well when there's an issue.
I have bought 2 queen beds, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds from Urban Mattress. They sell chemically safe mattresses that are very comfortable. I will always buy my mattresses at Urban Mattress. Better sleep will keep me a customer for life.
