Really happy with my mattress, but also the customer service was fantastic. I was in immediate need of a bed for my guest room and the mattress I ordered wasn't going to be in for a couple weeks. They offered a loaner mattress and delivered it the next day. Much appreciated!

CLOUD Mattress ~ MAGIC customer service! I needed it before it was “made”. (Yes, they make their own product...no duh, why mattresses are such a deal!) Urban Mattress delivered a “loaner” - MAGIC! When my custom mattress was ready, they picked up loaner set-up new heavenly Mattress, removed twin mattresses/box springs/frames - NO CHARGE! SO easy, SO economical, SO comfortable (My CLOUD) - SO HAPPY!!!

The service provided by Urban Mattress was excellent. The mattress and box springs were delivered on time and the installers were courteous, careful and thorough. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the mattress felt harder when I slept on it than it did in the store. My bad. Guests who have slept on it said it was very comfortable and that was my goal.
These folks worked with us when we traded one mattress for another without any problems. I would recommend that anyone interested in getting a good-sleep mattress, go by their shop and check them out. Well worth your time.

Excellent quality and customer service
I love my new Urban Mattress but it is not firm enough for my guy. Would have been better if one side could be firm and other not so firm.
