Amazing local business. Great products, great service. Don't be a dork, shop locally with someone who knows their stuff. Don't waste your time in skeezy sleazy national chain stores. This last weekend when we bought our matress the prices were cheaper for better stuff at Urban Mattress.

Shane was great! He gave unbiased advice and coached me through how to choose the right mattress for my needs. I would recommend Urban Mattress to anyone in the market to upgrade their quality of sleep.

Urban Mattress has great products and service! I bought a new mattress from them several months ago, and I love it: just the right combination of support and softness. They were happy to change out the base for a shorter one after I found the first one too high for me, a short person. I decided because of various health issues to buy an adjustable base. The price was great, and the service is fantastic. I will go back to Urban Mattress for all my bedding needs!

No Sales Pitch = No information. We appreciate your no sales pitch, but we could have used some more information about our purchase. We had questions, but the responses were very short...no enthusiasm at all. After our purchase, we walked out and my husband asked, "Now tell me why you picked this place?".

Very honest, very thoughtful, and very understanding people who run a great local biz. We had problems with a mattress that was defective after 3 years and the shop was very accommodating.
