Delivery went smoothly and the guys were professional and friendly
Service is subpar. I bought a mattress in April and a pillow in October. When they had to switch out the mattress because the top separated from the mattress itself, they brought the wrong mattress. Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is challenging. I finally got a call back and the correct replacement mattress was delivered. They also decided to give me a free additional pillow. I was originally told the pillow I wanted was at another location and would be delivered to the store where I purchased it. I was later told it was on back order. I never received word on when it would be available, despite asking multiple times. You would think after the mattress fiasco they would improve their service with me. No. I had to call again and ask where are my pillows. Learned they were at the store for pick up.
The people at UrbanMattresses really worked with us to find the bed we wanted. Each staff member was professional, responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend them.

simply put.... the best mattress i have ever slept on, and it's hard getting out of bed.
My experience with the owner at Urban Mattress store in North Austin was great. I could only spend $1600 for a mattress and got the Urban Highland extra plush mattress which shipped later than scheduled by several days. 60 days later this one feels like a lumpy futon and not as soft and is a tad shorter than my queen base. If you are a older sensitive side sleeper don't buy plush with tufts... I ended up having to purchase a 2" memory foam to put on top to make it a flatter and softer feel. This isn't what I hoped for...but I'm too tired now to deal with the hassle of starting over. Sigh.
Delivery was incomplete. I called their store which is on 360 and stonelake near panera bread, and no one yet got back to me. However Shaun and Andrew Made it sure things go fine after that hiccup.

Easiest experience ever from purchase through delivery. Didn't try to sell me more than I needed and the delivery team was able to work around my schedule. Will definitely be back!
