If you have ever tried to find the perfect pillow, you know how painful and difficult it is! I needed a pillow so badly I had to find a place I could pick up a decent pillow the same day. Shane was super helpful upon my arrival to the store and managed to help me while still being mindful about the contact-free approach. I was happy about my purchase, now to test it. Side sleeper over here and painful neck and shoulders from the previous week. I got the "The Alpine - Side". You can remove some of the filling and make the firmness to your liking. I do not lie when I tell you in two days my neck and shoulders feel like they are going back to normal. I have slept really well the last two nights and I am happy I was able to support a locally-owned business as well. Go shop there!

Great experience and lovely mattress

Very helpful sales staff. Delivery and set up went smoothly. My only complaint is that we got the split mattress so we could adjust to our preference and it is difficult to put the bottom/fitted sheets on.

Shane was the best! I had just moved to Austin from Denver & was desperate for a bed. Three hours later he had a wonderfully comfortable mattress delivered, Thank goodness for not having to sleep a second night on the floor. I purchased a Ravenwood from Urban Mattress over a year ago. Six months later I started to feel the coils pop out and basically a really bad mattress. So I emailed and called in to get a replacement with the warranty and that’s where the fun began. First off, I never received a response after I sent my email in December. I decided to call in and after about five tries I finally got some traction. I proceeded to send in pictures of the bed, mattress and slatted platform bed. After some back and forth I got some story about the manufacturer might have had a defect with a batch. Long story short I never heard from them again and I still have this mattress. So my recommendation is do not believe them and go with someone else. In the end I said forget it and bought a Purple 4 which I am extremely happy with. Alex
