Did not realize a bed was being delivered and someone needed to assemble. Was not the delivery guys fault.

Sales & installation were great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is when I left 2 specific messages for customer service, no one ever called me back.

Workers were polite; worked non-stop; left our home (probably) cleaner than when they began. They swept and dust mopped the work area and surrounding floors.

The product itself is wonderful!! The Liberation walk in bath as well as the bidet toilet!! Excellent professional installation. Great product back-up and support for entire product/installation.

There were great , hard working people and nice gentlemen putting the shower in place. There were a few things that were not perfect but not a problem that would cause problems. I love the 2 shower heads in different places and the 4 grab bars in the shower itself. Love the ease of the turn on and off and the way to keep the temp set permanently

The equipment, the installers were on time, clean & efficient and completed the job in just 1 day. The price was about 1/3rd less than another company I got a bid from. The American Standard product will heat the water where the other product did not. The American Standard salesperson gave me his phone number where I could call him directly, which I used, and he was there to answer my questions.

The company withdrew more money than owed or approved. Tub was installed in July by September tub leaking causing damage to my ceiling and walls. Reported this on 09/09 AS returned call 09/11 Did not hear from AS again until 9/17 It is now October my ceiling and walls are still damaged I called 10/02 only to be told someone would contact me. We should be able to do minus stars

Having the converse was not taken lightly.Both my wife and I are both in our mid seventies and possibility of falling getting out of our bath tub weighted heavily. Over the year experience different faucets and find America Standard set a standard I could rely on. Keeping that in the walking was our choice. THANk yOU

Great installation, many things not as I expected from what salesman promised. Need some better communication between sales and install. Also poor communication on scheduling.

I was very comfortable with the American Standard sales rep. He was knowledgeable, with a background that created confidence that he knew what he was talking about. Scheduling was timely, within 2 weeks of when we met with sales. The installation team was amazing. They showed up on time, prepared for the job, and were very respectful of our house and property. When they ran into an issue (old houses frequently have issues), they came up with a plan and executed it. The finished product is very pleasing, exactly what we wanted and better than expected. Overall, we were pleased with American Standard from start to finish. They were not our least expensive option, but they were definitely a good choice.

50 gallon water heater not sufficient to fill tub with warm water , so called free toilet to small to sit on .

While we are thrilled with the product itself, we have had ongoing issues with the electrical work. When we called an outside electrician to troubleshoot what we thought was an unrelated issue, it was traced back to work done in the breaker box during the tub installation. I will say that American Standard has been very responsive when we've called them, and had we known at the time the new issue was related to the tub, I'm sure they would have sent someone out. Unfortunately, it became an additional cost for us.

I had my American Standard Walkin bathtub installed 8/2023 one week ago. But I am not a satisfied customer. The installer themselves had very poor quality workmanship. The bathtub spews out water over the top if you run both hydro and air jets at the same time. Additionally, when I utilize the Hydro jet alone, the water spews out over the top, and when I use the air jet alone, the water spews out over the top. The only way I can enjoy any jet is to use the air jets with the water level below the Hydro jets. Essentially what I’ve been left with is a soaker tub instead of a Hydro tub. And the tub is an older model which I discovered when I was unable to find aromatherapy beads, they are no longer in production. I do not recommend this company. SR

If possible I would rate this company a minus 10 stars on a scale of 1-5. If you want a Walk-in Tub and you want it in a reasonable amount of time, don’t use American Standard. I placed my order in August 2022, the estimated completion date was October 3, 2022. On April 3, 2023, exactly 6 months after the given completion date and after waiting 8 months from placing the order I cancelled my order because there were going to be additional delays. American Standard claims that the delays were due to permitting issues, I find it hard to believe that a company of this size had so much difficulty moving through the permitting process, was this their first installation in all of Boynton Beach? I was also told at one point that the contractor had not filed the correct documents for certification to the city which caused another delay while a new contractor was found, I questioned this because I was assured, when I purchased the tub, that the installers were direct employees of American Standard not contractors. Then to add insult to injury, I was advised when I cancelled my order that I was entitled to a full refund since the delay was not my fault and that I would receive my refund within 2 weeks, needless to say I did not. On 4/19, I contacted their office in Texas, was told my full refund request was denied and that I wasn’t entitled to a full refund, after explaining the situation it was agreed I was actually entitled to the full refund and would have it within 2 weeks. On 5/11, 5/12, 5/15 & 7/6, I reached out as I still had not received the refund, leaving voice mails as the phone is never answered by the actual employee. I would like to say that after sending a letter to the office of the president of American Standard I received my refund, but that has still not happened. I do not suggest using American Standard for your installation, this company has 0 customer service. Save your time, money and patience, run do not walk, and use someone else!

I MADE THE MISTAKE OF GIVING MY PHONE NUMBER WHEN I WENT ONLINE TO GET A QUOTE. I HAVE RECEIVED NO LESS THAN 40 CALLS FROM THEM. AT FIRST I POLITELY ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR CALL LIST. NOW, AFTER 40 CALLS I SCREAM AT THEM AND THEY HANG UP ON ME. A COMPANY THIS DESPERATE FOR WORK AND SALES IS NOT A COMPANY I WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
