While the scheduling and re-scheduling was "trying" - it all worked out, finally. I especially appreciated that one of your employees (Matt) was able, at one point, after a lot of uncertainty (some due to electricians) to find an earlier date for my installation. I was very impressed with the installer ("Jerry" and his assistant "Malachi") - both of whom were obviously experienced and competent and "pleasant to have working in the house." Jerry found a problem with the electrical set-up (something I didn't try to understand) - the electricians actually returned the next morning - and then, unexpectedly, a state inspector showed up - but - nobody got upset and any problems were dealt with. I am enjoying my tub - no big concerns. I could wish for a stronger spray for the "shower," as I like to wash my hair. (Not a "big deal!"). I'm glad I decided to make this purchase from American Standard.

Everything went smoothly. Had no problems! There were a few nicks on the walls and woodwork, but it was minor.

We learned there is no product comparable with American Standard Walk-In Tubs. Our sales rep is personable and knowledgeable. We were confident when we signed our contract. The installation timeline was as expected. The installation team was excellent. We have had our tub about a month and we are enjoying it and benefiting from it. My husband always preferred showers until now. Added bonus--our cats love to play on the tub (when not in use, of course). Very cute!

The installation process went very well. Now I gave a great review based on installation and appearance of finished project. HOWEVER, people know that when you are redoing a bath to walk in installation one needs to evaluate the quality over a fairly long period of time, not a few weeks after installation. Installation was great, more time needed as to quality of product. As of now I would do it again, but time will tell. Sorry but I rated this honestly, hope I get another request in let me say five years. The two individuals who did this installation did an outstanding job, Wish all workers were as clean, they left the place spotless.

Installers came from great distance their time on job per day was limited. The four corners across the top were uneven and looked a little dangerous. I added baby bumpers that glued on. I hope it lasts. I have used it very little. Not worth the money to me.

Jonathan was prompt and efficient. He explained everything he was doing to us and we knew exactly what to expect. Very professional. We are totally happy with our new shower.

I am VERY happy with my decision to re-do my bathroom. After a couple hick ups, all turned out very nice!!!! I love my new bathroom!!!

The installation team was exceptional. They had to carry the tub up a steep flight of stairs. The whole process was seamless. The tub is exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend the walk in tub and the American Standard company.

Everyone we spoke with or worked was friendly and professional. All work was done in a timely manner and was completed exactly as presented. Well pleased with the entire process.

The men that installed the bath did an excellent job.. They kept everything as clean as possible and when they were complete it was perfect.. They left it cleaner then when they came... Very polite and showed me how to use everything on my tub...

The two gentlemen who did the work arrived on schedule and did a great job. They worked with us on placement of shelves and grab bars. The area was spotless when they finished. One negative issue is that we ordered brushed nickel finish for the shower head. Chrome was installed by mistake. They realized the error. The correct unit was ordered and I recieved it in a few days. Still waiting for someone to come back swap things out.

We had a few problems with the shower. One it was leaking and the doors were very hard to move and needed adjustment. After those two issues were corrected, I have to give the shower five stars. It looks great and is exactly what we needed.

The shower installation was wonderful. Very polite helpful installer. Kind, considerate and went the extra mile to help me. I was not informed that the pan on the shower might be a different configuration than the one being removed. This left about a 3" gap on my floor. Chase took the initiative and had some material on his truck from a previous job which matched my bathroom very well. He went above and beyond what should be expected from any employee. The only issue is the shower doors. They are junk and need to be replaced. I use a wide blade wiper and clean the glass after each use and it usually knocks the glass off of the rails.

upon completion of the building of the wall for the installation of the walk in shower and the toilet, everything looked good. Now after over a month I am not so satisfied with the work.

The job was generally done well. The installers were courteous and qualified in doing the job. One problem was that the commode did not cut off properly. They did come back to correct the problem. All seems to be working now. We do have a problem with where to hang our towels

You did very well. We do love the walk in tub and also the bidet. The workers were very polite and knew their job very well.

The team was professional they came remove the tub and insert the walking shower they clean and left the bathroom spotted great job
