The Professional sales person was most interested in what I wanted and needed and arrived at a fair price. The Professional work crew (contracted by American Stndard) arrived on time and had even asked for parking instructions. The walk in massage tub was installed early and on budget - every step was explained for each days activities - they also fixed my flow problem on my hot water pipe, added the new electrical wiring and circuit breaker, and installed individual tiles to re-complete my wall. Nothing to complain about - very professional I wish all contracting experiences were this excellent.

I love my new tub. My only complaint is the seat is hard and uncomfortable. The non slip treads on seat have to be covered with a cushion bought separately. Everything else is useful and perfect. Installation went perfect also.

It took longer than quoted to get the install started but once stared it was done in a day and the installers were clean fast and helpful

The left side lacks pressure because of the door, other than that every thing else is fine.

The Liberation walk-in tub is lovely. It has sixteen water jets, eight more than its leading competitor. The installation went well the installers were knowledgeable and showed my husband and me how to use the tub when they were finished.

The installers, two, were great. Fast, efficient, cordial, and explained everything every step of the time they were here. They cleaned up when they were done. If I could give them a 10 stars, I would.

My Dad loves his new tub. The men did a great job. From the installed to the cleanup. PS Thanks for the free toilet. My family thinks we are rich. LOL

The two guys work all day and late into the night. They cleaned after themselves and keep the mass down. They explained how everything worked in a manner we could understand

The shower is great but the floor in the shower is uneven the water in the back does not drain into the draini have to make sure I push the water so it will drain

Took 4 delivery appointments to complete installation, 1st No Show, 2nd difficult install/left, 3rd Install 95% complete, 4th Trim and finish work. Walk in tub is Excellent, however people who consider installation need to insure Hot Water Heater is large enough to fill tub >35 gal is best.

The 2nd measurement went well. The gentleman was very nice. He explained everything that will happen from here on in.

Easy to use and comfortable. Have trouble smelling aromatherapy. Receive a new package of beads. Haven't used yet.

I signed my contract on 2-10-22 was told it would be six week to start. the install was set for 3-28-22. I received notice two days before installer was to come,to make sure I was ready. the next day I received a call telling me the tub was lost and attempts to find it did not turn up the tub . I had to get a new date 4-29 2022 was the best date. Next I received a call from the installer asking for some extra time he needed two days for the job he was working. i said it was ok. I then received a call form American standard to set the new date it turns out that to be 4-28-2022 not what I was expecting. I got a call on the 28th from the installer he was on his way but ran into storms and was running late. the tub did get here and work started. it took two days for the install, tub was tested and worked but we found the drain to be to small and needed new drain. I got a plumber to put in new drain.Called American Standard to let them know the new drain was in. I filled the tub to test the drain, pressed pump button and nothing started. checked barker it looked good called American Standard they put in a work order the next week I called back that no one called or showed up to fix the tub. a second work order was made out. with the same results. I called today and all I got was a recording to leave a massage and I really did a good one. I think the tub would be great if I could use it. if your looking for a tub keep looking service is not,not not good

The American Standard (AS) Liberation Walk-in-Tub seems to be a quality product. Their installation and warranty services are quite a different matter. I paid a premium price to have AS move a closet wall around four inches to make room for the tub. They assured me that the price included all the needed work, and that the bathroom would be “paint ready” after the installation. Instead, I noted several major problems after the installation: gaps were left in the wallboard exposing the wooden studs beneath, an outside wall corner was left unfinished, there was no trim installed around the edges of the tub enclosure, and there were several code violations with the construction. These are only some of the defects. After several phone calls, I wrote AS a letter detailing the problems. In response, they turned me over to a Service Manager who has NEVER, in over 15 attempts, either answered his phone or returned my calls.When others answer the service line they tell me I must speak with the Service Manager. I am being ghosted. After over six months, none of my concerns have been addressed. Go ahead, if you choose, and purchase an American Standard Liberation tub, but DO NOT have them perform the installation, and don't expect too much from their warranty service!

I am extremely pleased with my tub. From my sales person to completion of the tub install, I've had nothing but excellent service. The tub is beautiful and very versatile for me to either tub bathe with many settings or to take a seated shower with ease.

Run water in my tub and the water wasn't staying in so i tried the drain trap or release then noticed water was coming out from under my tub and flooding my floor. The drain exit wasn't sealed right and what a mess. Called for repair and in a few days the problem was resolved..The seal was repaired and now it work just fine.
