American Standard was a dream to work with. Rocky Self, sales representative, appeared on time and was well informed about the products, explained the options and signed me up. The installers were prompt, considerate and neat. The only glitch was that a shower rod was packed and my order was for shower doors. So that meant an extra day before the project could be completed. But completed it is and, in my opinion, just perfect for my needs. Thank you, American Standard.
We use the walk-in shower on a regular basis and we love it. We are glad we did this.
I wish I had shopped around more before I chose this brand. I think there are some serious design flaws which I have found as I have use the tub and compared with friends who have other brands. Number one the drain lever comes unscrewed and the cover and lever fall into the tub because of the vibration of the bubbles. Number two I think that the heater should actually heat the water more becauseI have a 40 gallon tub and a 50 gallon water heater but that’s still not enough to heat the water as much as I want it heated and fill it to the point that it is supposed to be filled. Number three the control panel is in the way of my arm when I try to relax in the tub I can put one arm up on one side but I have to adapt the placement on the other side and it is not comfortable. Number four, I can’t get low enough in the tub to be able to recline or immerse anything more than my belly button in the water and that is not very relaxing for a soak in the tub.
I just love my tub. Can’t wait to take my evening bath
Have the tub for less than 4 months and the door seal is loose and now have to wait who knows how long you would think they would have replacements in stock

I have had problems with my feet and legs for over 20 years. This year I fell and fractured my right ankle. Went to a nursing home for rehab and fell again. Fractured my left ankle. Needless to say it was impossible to bathe myself . I was home from rehab and couldn’t even get in and out of my shower.. it was time to get a walk in tub. I am still doing therapy but I can get in and out by myself and once again enjoy a nice relaxing bath. The salesman was great not pushy. It was installed in two days and fits perfectly where the old tub was. The guys even cleaned up all the mess. I definitely recommend American Standard.

Love My Walk In Shower 🚿 So Do My 94 Year Old Mother. She Nolonger Have A Fear That She's Going To Fall. My Shower Was Finished Within 1 Day . Only Had To Wait 24 Hours To Use To Make Sure Everything Was Try But That Was Ok . My Family & Friends Also Love My New Shower 🚿. I Would Recommend American Standard Walk In Shower / Tubs . Also The Installers Wore Their Masks 😷 While Working 👍🏼
The sales person was very knowledgeable with helping me pick which tub would meet my needs and budget. The installation crew arrived when they said they would and were very careful to remember to keep my front door closed so my indoor cats didn't get out. They did a very nice job and cleaned up everything very well.
Had great experience. Love my tub. Makes me feel safe and clean. Also love peace of mind knowing that my warranty will cover everything. Everyone involved from purchase to installation did a great job! Always had great service from commodes and other American Standard products.
There were 2 Guys that worked continuously from 8:00a.m. until 8:30 p.m. They were super super nice and done a fantastic job . I was very pleased with their work . I would recommend them to anybody .
We moved away from Seattle, and left Kohler walk-in tub behind. We have been delighted with our American Standard tub. The additional features of lights and aromatherapy are great additions. So happy with our choice.

I have severe osteoarthritis and have multiple herniated disc. I have found that if I soak and have the jets hit right on my back I get fantastic pain relief that lasts all day. I have been able to decrease my pain medicine almost in half! I appreciated the communication and making clear expectations thru the purchase and installation process.
