The crew was very efficient and as unobtrusive as possible which was very impressive to me. Very small observation on my part. They did not make sure that the floor in the bathroom was without any leftover debris. Clean enough was not quite clean enough.

The 2 fellas were very friendly. I answered the questions. Out of my 3 cats, only 1 wanted to keep an eye on them. They explained on how it worked. I enjoy it. If we ever get a new home, defiantly will get our new shower/ tub from them.

Did a good job with installation. Did not adjust water jets properly and it took almost a month to get someone back to do it. Other than that I am really enjoying the tub.
I spoke with a representative regarding my new bidet after installation. When it was installed the seat rocks back as if it was not firmly attached. She was going to ask someone if this was normal and get back to me but she never did. The walk-in tub is working fine.

I have enjoyed my walk-in tub! The installation was first class . The servicemen were very knowledgeable and courteous! I have been recommending the tub and in fact my sister is purchasing a American Standard tub also.
This is an outstanding tub and extremely enjoyable especially if health issues are involved. like arthritis, sore muscles, etc. The installation process was flawless. We had a great installing crew. The leader "Robby' even came quite a few miles to our house about a week before, just to make sure, he understood all that would be required. Great to work with also. Nice person too which never hurts.
This tub helps with all my ailments and soothes my muscle and join pain. It is perfectly safe and like having a hot tub in your house.
I should have nothing but good things to say about this company the salesman that came over my house was highly professional felt very comfortable with him in my home we laughed we joked it was a really good experience the gentleman that came to install the tub was top notch pleasure to have in my home recommend them to anybody hands down some of the best people enjoy the tub it is awesome one of the best things we ever did notice two Jets that were not working properly I have called to have them replace as going on 2 months now and nobody's been to my home to replace the Jets I think that is pretty poorly especially the quality of the tub the quality of the other people who help to install the tub the warranty we have and for what it costs I should not be waiting 2 months and now longer to get to water jets replaced so I cannot give them five stars
Was very happy with the sales person and installation team. However, the office manager or whomever was asked to call me never did and I am not happy with them. I also have to call for some repair already
