This is the second time we have used Alexanders now and I am really pleased. Both times we had very helpful, friendly and professional removal men. The admin team was also communicative and able to fine solutions (eg. when we changed date.) We used Alexanders for storage and specialist piano removal too.

We were so pleased with the removal service and support from Alexanders. Justyna and Dominic were very helpful with providing a quote. The movers were excellent and they made the experience so much easier. We really appreciate their diligence and speed. We would use them again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

From the initial walk through and costing of our pack/move through to the customer service and the actual pack and move team, I cannot fault a single thing. I got responses quickly and was able to plan the move quickly due to that. The packing and moving team (led by Shane and John) were extremely professional and friendly, They always checked in with me to ensure that everything would be packed right and also did things to make life easier like ensuring that all the items were unpacked into the same areas which has made finding things a lot easier. They also kept me well updated on the process so I knew exactly where we were. I have already recommended your company to a friend who may be moving soon!

Fantastic service from Robin, Ryan and Daniel and Alexanders Group in general. The whole process was very easy and the guys on the day of the move made everything so seamless. I can’t believe the speed at which everything was done, being fully moved into my new property, furniture assembled, everything where I wanted it to be, all within 4 hours. Simply amazing. Robin, Ryan and Daniel where all very polite and treated my possessions with care. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend using Alexanders Group to anybody who asked.

I recently used Alexanders for a move and would be happy to recommend them. The personal site visit to assess the property, the team guiding me through the process and then the removals team who packaged my furniture etc so professionally and handled the stairs without complaint or incident. Really took the stress out of what was a stressful time.

After accepting a sudden move abroad, Alexanders helped me out with packing, moving and storing. When abroad there were things that needed to come out of storage and nothing was an issue. Always a helping hand and always to the point.

This was move 28 for me. In my younger days, I took it in stride, but post divorce now, a mother of three with a dog, my anxieties were running high. After Tony came to survey, Callie took the reins. She suspend parking (could have saved there given parking where I live but it was a choice) and we were away. Then, with virtually no notice, the buyers pushed back the move date. Callie took it in stride and told me not to worry. Finally, our move day arrived. Callie sent Robin and a brilliant team of four removal Avengers. They worked furiously and fast and by the time I brought lunch day 1, they had gone through our 5 bedroom house like locusts and managed to load some of it. Day 2 arrived and they sent a team of five to finish the job. They packed and loaded without interruption and by late morning we were away to our new place. I picked up lunch for them en route and found them waiting patiently when I arrived. They gobbled everything down and painstakingly placed every box and belonging in the appropriate room as requested. The assembled beds and even moved a piece of furniture with a smile and a reassuring and comedic “don’t worry, we get asked to move stuff all the time!” Everything was in and they were done before five. We didn’t lose or break anything this move…unusual. When I tipped removers previously, there was always regret when you found something missing or broken. As is customary for me, I tipped at the end of the job and gave each some beer for the weekend. On this occasion, when I unpacked, I was delighted to have tipped them. It was well deserved because nothing was missing and nothing was broken!!!! A massive thank you to Robin and his band of merry removers for helping me and my family to start our next chapter. I did not need to be anxious. Start to finish, Alexander’s had my back with bespoke and wonderful care and service!!! Highly recommend for any job

We felt as though no job was too big an ask, and despite the continuous moving parts and delivery details changing, your team just said “yes”. The moving team on site were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We will certainly be using Alexanders again.

Couldn’t recommend Alexander’s more - they made our complex storage and removal process smooth and seamless. Callie and Justyna were always responsive and helpful when it came to organising our storage, sending us updates about the status and condition of all our items in storage. When it came to the actual removal day, the team coordinated delivery of our items in storage and the full removal of our lives from our home with two small children in a matter of days. Robin, Alex and Jake worked tirelessly to pack up our house and then move everything into the new place. They worked quickly, efficiently and curteously, quite literally sprinting up and down flights of stairs and dissembling and reassembling furniture. They also went above and beyond the call of duty, helping us to manoeuvre items that were out of their scope and helping us with rubbish removal. All with absolutely zero damage, a smile and regular communication. Moving house with a two year old, a four month old baby and a dog should have been so stressful, but Alexander’s made the whole process easy!

We were really pleased with the service from Alexanders. Callie and the office staff and then the removals team have all been excellent, prompt swift and professional with minimum inconvenience.

From the initial assessment of our old sight to the final unloading of our goods, everything was completely professional and made very easy for us. We had two luton's worth of items to be moved from our old office, including a lot of furniture that had to be taken down very small staircases. The initial assessor had absolutely no fears about accomplishing this, and neither did the guys doing the move on the day. Nothing was a hassle, the work was quick and efficient and done in good spirits.

The service was excellent. The removal team did all my packing (I am disabled) and were meticulous in their care of my possessions. Although there was delay in getting the keys for my new flat they were patient and supportive and swiftly got me moved in when it was possible. Also having a nominated individual to contact throughout the removal process was a real bonus.
