This is the third time I have used Alexander removals and I have to say they are outstanding and well worth the extra cost. Moving is stressful no matter what. These guys do their utmost to take the pain out of it. They arrive on time, listen and treat your things with respect. John and Shane are particularly good. I would ask for them by name.

Amazing movers. They were really quick and efficient. Customer service was also really good at arranging the move and picking up used boxes for recycling.

Jake & Robin were excellent. They are very professional, quick, thorough, and organized. Easiest move I've ever had.

From the booking process to the post removal clearing of empty boxes and packaging, every single aspect of the service we received from Alexander’s was top-notch. Each and every person on the Alexanders’ team were pleasant to deal with and extremely solution oriented. Special shout out to our move managers (Lisa, Daniel and Sherilyn) and our removals team (Dimitar, Antonio, Talat, John, Adilen and Jake). You guys were amazing! T and the team were excellent: on time, swift, in a good mood. Two people came to pack on the Saturday for a half day, then four came on Monday with two lorries to finish packing and move Monday afternoon. Would use if we ever move again.

Used Alexanders recently for a move out of a 3 bedroom flat. The process was simple and there was good communication throughout the move. The team who helped us move were punctual and couldn't have been more professional. Everything was out of the flat ahead of plan and the whole experience was much easier than anticipated.

Alexanders moved me out of my home last year and held my belongings in storage for just over a year. During this time responses to my emails have been prompt and professionally handled. My belongings came out of storage last week and the crew were polite, efficient and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Alexanders.

Very good service. Second time I am using them and they are very reliable unlike many other cheap companies on the market who are ready to sell you anything. Here you put the price in but they deliver and they take care of your belongings as well as all the details around the move. I definitely recommend this company.

On the day Alexander's removal guys were outstanding. Everything was packed quickly and with care. Definite 5 star experience. Only downside would be the organisation beforehand with the office being slow to respond at times and sometimes sending confusing emails. But the service from the movers more than made up for this.

Dimitar and his team were both so efficient and understanding when removing my items. They took such good care walking up and down four flights of stairs. I cannot recommend them enough!

I met 2 guys from this Company today in Cirencester - they were doing a move for a neighbour and I was waiting for a sofa to arrive and initially thought they were my Carrier. The street is very narrow and difficult to negotiate with large vehicles and they were handling the situation very efficiently and with good humour. When my Carrier arrived with the sofa Alexander’s were leaving and pulled up behind him. I asked if they could help us with the sofa and they jumped out of their vehicle and carried it down the passageway and into the house and even put the legs on for me. If you want a Company with strong helpful men with a sense of humour I would consider using Alexander’s. I would just like to say thank you Rhona Valentine

I'd like to highly recommend Alexanders if you'd like to enjoy a fast, smooth, and reliable moving experience. The whole process is enjoyable, starting with a Facetime video survey of the property conducted by Gary, who has high attention to detail and knows immediately how to make the moving process as smooth as possible. Antonio handled the move very well. He was fast, efficient, and attentive to all my specific needs. He led his team well in creating an efficient process to pack, move, and load the items. Alexanders indeed maintains a high standard for themselves and their client.

We had a great experience with Alexanders. They were super speedy at responding to my initial request, they organised a video appraisal within a few days, and were able to adjust my quote quickly when our moving plans changed. Dimi and his team spent two days packing and moving our things (including many, many books!) - they were so nice and easy going, even though it was a very heavy job with no lifts.

Excellent experience with Alexanders. We had a limited time to complete our move from a packed two-bedroom flat to our new house. The Alexanders team made everything efficient and stress-free - Marcin and his team were great at communicating with us, took a lot of care packing up our belongings, and extra helpful on the other side where they even moved items that had already been in place, as well as spending time making sure everything was unloaded into the right place in the house. We knew we were in good hands and are grateful for all of their help. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone else looking for a smooth move.
