We've just moved, temporarily, from a three storey home to a one bed flat, sending half our possessions into storage, and I have to say that Alexanders did a wonderful job. From the initial survey and quotation right through to the packing and moving, everyone we dealt with was courteous, attentive, organised and extremely hard-working. I highly recommend them.

We recently (August 2024) used Alexanders to pack up all our items and move from one London address to another, with an additional pick-up on the way. We had an excellent service from start to finish with Alexanders, especially from Robin (the foreman on the job), Tomasz and Geo over the packing and moving days. The team were professional, punctual, polite, and highly effective and efficient in packing up our items safely, moving them and then placing them at our new address over two days. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and would highly recommend them - thank you Robin, Tomasz and Geo!

It was our 3rd time using Alexanders as usual they were excellent, very helpful and friendly. They were also very efficient and conscious and couldn’t be more impressed. They put everything away and packed everything in record time and very accommodating!

Five star removal firm . From quotation , removal, storage and finally moving in to our new home this experience was first class . The team who moved us were kind , courteous and nothing was too much trouble for them . They arrived as planned and our goods were safely and properly wrapped. True professionals . We thoroughly recommend them .

Had some additional items taken to storage yesterday and Kefa and his mate were stellar. They packed the items carefully and quickly; were extremely courteous and we enjoyed some lovely conversation as well. The staff at Alexander's, especially Lisa Shearing, Justyna Szwajda, and Iryna Ponomarova are some of the loveliest people to communicate with and they always gave me the most excellent service - friendly and keeping me apprised of best plans for my needs. I will always use Alexander's for my moving and storage needs.

From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with. Everything they did was to make my life easier and less stressful. Lucas and his team were friendly, efficient and so careful when packing up my furniture and belongings.

Excellent service, from planning to packing and then the move itself. Couldn't fault them and will definitely use them again. Had the kids rooms set up and sorted and ready for bed time! Moving is an extremely stressful time. I have to say that from the first call I made to Alexander’s to the last box being moved was an unusually professional and easy experience. The video call to asses how much stuff I had was easy, the all handlers polite and helpful and the moving team led by Avi were fantastic. Cheerful, helpful and efficient. Our move manager, Justyna, was in constant contact, answered all our questions, worked with us to get necessary permits and book our move dates, and arranged for all of our moving needs quickly, professionally and courteously. Our move foreman and team were all professional and did more than what was expected. Whilst the quote was competitive on the higher end mover quotes, they worked with us on getting the price to where we wanted it, and in the end was worth the price and nothing was broken, all was out where we wanted it in our new home, and they removed the packing boxes and materials after we unpacked over the three day move. Highly recommend.

The crew were fantastic. So professional, careful with our things, patient, easy to work with and completely removed any element of stress. I have had terrible moves in the past and this completely made up for it. They did a wonderful job and Davier was also great to liaise with from the very beginning. They did an in person survey of our house and belongings beforehand which made sure we got a fair price and the move was adequately resourced. We will 100% use them again!

Extremely quick and excellent service. Organised a collection and drop off for same day removal. The organising team was extremely quick to reply and helpful with all my many queries. The removal team was amazing, attentive and quick to sort everything out for us. There was one hiccup for address and within seconds got in touch and we got it all sorted. I will also say their attitude was amazing throughout the whole move and any difficulties faced they did it with great professionalism and speediness. Will use them again if we ever need to move again.

My stuff has been sitting in a warehouse for a month with no updates on when it will be shipped to the destination country. No replies to my emails.

We used Alexanders for our recent move, and we’re really glad we did. From initial quote to moving day, everything was really easy and communication was great. On the day the movers were prompt, friendly and efficient, and things couldn’t have gone smoother. We hopefully won’t have to move again any time soon, but if we did then we’d definitely use Alexanders again.

The Alexanders team (Robin, Geo, Mariusz and Zibi) were great. The service was fast, efficient, responsive, and careful - nothing got damaged or broken - even though it was the hottest day of the year.
