From start to finish fantastic service. Organising through office was easy. Moving team called me whith exact timing during the days. They were very mindfull and cautious with furniture and the building. And they left without leaving any rubbish. Overall great servive, would recommend.

The whole team were very friendly, efficient and considerate. I knew how much storage I wanted to take and they worked to this with honesty without going over what I requested. Having used Alexanders before with complete satisfaction, I would use them again without hesitation.

Our situation was unusual, as I'm a electric wheelchair user, mom is in hospital. We had a relative pass away and our bungalow was full of, our relative's belongings and we needed to put them in storage, so mom could come out of hospital and accommodate the aids she will need. I liked that Alexanders visit the property, to provide a quote. Justyna the manage was so helpful in organising everything and kept me fully informed, through the whole process. Nothing was to much trouble and was very understanding. The removal team, arrived on time and did a amazing job. They were very patient and did not rush me. We went through things together, that needed to go into storage . Did all the packing for me and listed everything going in to storage. Brilliant removal company! Managed our move out of London to our new house in countryside and our move manager Justyna made it all so easy. The removal guys were polite, friendly and damn good at getting everything out on the day and placed in the new house. This is as I said a fantastic company all round and well worth every penny spent!

Michal, Shane & Bob (?) were on time, well presented, friendly, and very quick. Fantastic service from start to finish. Within 24 hours of requesting a quote I had a phone consultation booked which was thorough, answered all my questions and gave me a really comprehensive quote. In the lead-up and on the day of the move communication was quick and helpful, even with a couple of last minute changes from me. The removal team could not have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. Overall Alexander’s were a pleasure to deal with and made my move so much less stressful. Highly recommend.

The Alexanders team were brilliant in handling our recent move (one day packing, one day move). They provided a first class service throughout: they were clear and responsive at the booking and survey stage, friendly and efficient at packing up our house, and handled the moving day itself superbly. The free post-move packaging collection service was also a nice touch and saved us multiple trips to the tip! Overall, we would strongly recommend Alexanders: we had absolute confidence in the whole team, and they took a huge amount of stress out of the moving process.

Would unreservedly recommend Alexanders to anyone who needs removal services. Callie and Tony were great in the build up, and very understanding about our move still being up in the air 24 hours before it eventually happened. The quote they provided was competitive and comprehensive. On the day Kris and his team showed up on time, were really friendly, and most importantly did a great job packing up our flat, unloading at the other end, and rebuilding the things that had been disassembled. Not a single item was broken or damaged and you could tell they'd taken real care to pack the right things together and protect the delicate stuff. Moving is obviously stressful but Alexanders made it less so, and for that we are very grateful.
