The Alexanders team was phenomenal every step of the way. The initial survey was quick, easy, and the quote came the same day. The movers were kind, respectful, trustworthy & efficient, resulting in a nearly stress-free moving day. They truly went above and beyond - for example, disassembling & reassembling some furniture that wouldn’t fit through doors, carefully packing very fragile items that arrived safely, safeguarding important documents for us, and they even went as far as helping us with a few non-moving related things in our new home (removing a hanging lampshade & lightbulb). You couldn’t ask for a better moving company. Highly, highly recommend!

Two of the nicest guys - Robin and Raheel - came in a few days ago to pack and move some of my belongings to Alexanders storage facility. They were on time, very well prepared with ample supplies, and worked quickly and efficiently. And all in a friendly manner so that I thoroughly enjoyed conversing with them as well. So satisfied that I chose Alexanders and that I had Robin and Raheel to facilitate my move to storage.

I found the team from Alexanders to be efficient, hardworking and organised. Heavy, awkward items were packaged and moved quickly and safely and communication was clear throughout. Preparation for the move was also thorough, including a video survey of the items to be moved and dealing with the local authority regarding parking suspensions.

Overall, the process of working with Alexanders Removals & Storage was very smooth with crates arriving as / when agreed and the removal itself being a success. From the start the engagement with the back office team was professional. The removals team on the day were very efficient both with the collection of the crates from our old office to the delivery at the new office. Happy to recommend.

The whole team who arrived to help us were absolutely, absolutely brilliant. Keifer, Tyler, Jake, Nase, Antonio... were so kind, and worked so hard packing all our things (there was so much stuff!!). I cannot rate or thank them high enough. They are simply the best!!!

The move went amazing, the team were highly professional at communication and execution. They arrived shortly past 8 and the move was all completed by noon. Everything was packed neatly and labelled clearly, furniture was disassembled and reassembled, boxes were delivered to the right place. Nothing broken, walls/door unscratched, everything just perfect. I had a table with big dimensions to go through the main door, but the team was brilliantly creative and managed to bring it in unscratched to its right place, that was something I would have been unable to do myself so it’s greatly appreciated. Feedback on the estimate for the move was overly done, there were two vans reserved for the whole day, we only filled one and managed to complete the move by noon. Having said that, I’d rather be in this scenario than an uncompleted job. All in all, the experience was excellent, I definitely recommend and will use again. Kudos and million thanks to the team.

I recently moved from London to the Cotswolds. The move was very organised and efficient. The first day the team arrived and packed everything for storage, the second day they packed up the remaining contents of the house and then they arrived at my new house in Gloucestershire at 8 a.m the following day. Shane, John and the rest of the team were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make the move as stress free as possible.

We are really pleased with the high level of service Alexanders provided to us. From the moment we made contact, to the virtual flat walk-through via Whatsapp to booking the actual moving date, it was all dealt with in a professional manner. We opted to pack our items on our own. On moving date Jake and Rownan were on time in the morning, super friendly and got all items into the van within 2 hours. We recently got a new Simba mattress and it was raining outside, so we raised our concern to ensure the mattress doesn’t get wet nor dirty. Jake came up with the brilliant idea to wrap the Simba mattress with a plastic protection usually used to protect the floor. Very happy with the result. Another concern was our bookshelf. Jake and Rownan managed to get the bookshelf onto the second floor via a narrow staircase of our new flat without dismantling it. Great job and we could see they knew what they are doing. Overall, we are very pleased Jake and Rownan. We will recommend Alexanders to our friends & colleagues.

Excellent service, highly recommend!! We had a really difficult move in a very narrow London townhouse. The two guys were on time, super friendly, extremely careful with our things and even made sure not to leave any marks in the apartment. On top of that, they were super fast! While the service is more on the expensive side, I feel like every penny is worth it.
