My two experiences of using Alexander's, first for moving out and into storage and then moving in, were excellent from start to finish, with both moves going really smoothly. The removals guys were friendly and worked incredibly hard. I must also thank everyone in the offices because from the very first contact, they too were friendly and very helpful, always responding quickly to emails. In fact, it felt very much like a family set-up, something that almost always lends itself to a good outcome. Having been recommended Alexander's by a friend, who knows the boss from school days, I am very happy to recommend them myself now!

From the initial quote, pre move friendly communications through to the actual move - Alexanders Removals and Storage really helped us deal with our move. I particularly liked the fact that they handled the piano correctly alongside all our other items. Nothing was broken - which let's face it is very unusual these days! We would highly recommend.

I used Alexanders to help me with my home move and storage. Subsequently I found a new place and Alexanders helped with the move from storage to my new home. Alexanders are fantastic! I had a few removal companies come to give initial quotes but really liked Tony from Alexanders, everything post initial quote was dealt with really well. The move was for my clients (I'm a PA so this I arranged for my clients) said the following: They were very thorough and asked follow up questions in the packing up process which aided in a smoother, faster unpack They communicated clear timelines as they worked They were friendly and personable They were clear on things they could do, not do. Overally, I would absolutely book them again! We were also offered a full unpacking service on the Sunday during the weekend move, my clients are very time poor so I know this was a huge help to them and the service was brilliant.

We used Alexanders for removal into storage, 6 months' storage, and the move into our new property. The whole experience was a pleasure. Our Move Manager Callie and the other office staff were always quick to respond and were really adaptable to our changing circumstances. The crews which packed, took away and delivered our contents were polite, incredibly kind and quick, considering we had nearly 200 items. The packing of our contents, from glasses wrapped individually to bespoke crates for pictures, was exemplary, and the cherry on the cake was the free service to collect the boxes and packaging a week after delivery. We can't recommend Alexanders highly enough.

Very happy with the service from Alexanders. The quote was done quickly and professionally, and we cannot fault the team on the day. They were polite, careful and efficient. We would definitely recommend Alexanders even though they weren't the cheapest quote we received.

We moved from a 3 storey house last week, to a 3rd floor flat with no lift access. The wonderful team lead by Tomasz with the help of Mateusz and Darek were very proffessional and helpful with this difficult move. We are so grateful. Moved homes with Alexanders last week and they were absolutely fantastic! The crew were patient and it was hard work for them - many floors covered and it all went to perfection. They took the stress out of the whole move and came and collected all the cartons the next day. Tomak (and his entire crew), Callie (the move manager) and Tony in Sales were all fantastic. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

I used Alexanders for a recent move and would recommend them. They came out & reviewed what was to be moved & provided a helpful list. The office staff were very clear and helpful leading up to the move and never seemed to tire of my questions ( it's a stressful time with many unknowns that need clarifying!) Callie, our dedicated move manager, was instrumental in making sure every detail was accounted for, keeping us informed throughout and ensuring a seamless transition. Her organisation and clear communication made a potentially stressful process feel effortless. The removal crew—John, Lukasz, Ryan, and Tomasz—were outstanding. They tackled the move with care, skill, and precision, carefully dismantling and packing everything to ensure it was safely transported into storage. Their attention to detail and problem-solving ability were invaluable in managing the logistical challenges of a move with so many moving parts. Throughout, they remained professional, hardworking, and friendly, making what could have been a daunting experience feel entirely manageable. I cannot recommend Alexanders highly enough. If you need a moving company that truly goes above and beyond, particularly for a complex move, this is the team to trust!

Alexanders were great - it felt so bizarre just standing and watching as the team professionally came in, boxed everything up safely (literally every cup, glass, plate, bowl, picture frame, poster, etc was wrapped up), then pack it all into the vans. On the other side, they unloaded everything exactly where I asked them to, they were very attentive, and put back together all our beds, sofas, etc without damage. I would definitely recommend.

Contacting Alexanders was very easy and responses from them were accurate and speedy. On the day of removal I was kept informed of their arrival. The men could not have been more helpful, respectful of my property and reassuring all the time. I would highly recommend this company.

So brilliant, they made moving day a breeze. The Alexander’s team incredibly helpful. From those in the office navigating multiple moving dates with us to the team on the ground… we had a really stressful last few days and completed only the day before the move, yet the team in the office were always really kind and helpful with our last minute needs. The packing/moving team was four guys. They were really efficient and careful; and were really quick when needed and then super patient when we had to wait for access to the next property. The whole team really went above and beyond - will def make a stressful time super easy.

Pros: Justyna was a fantastic move manager, very responsive and helped sort out every aspect of the move. Cannot commend her highly enough. This included an issue over the weekend which was quickly resolved despite it not being a working day. The packing team were very quick and efficient. The handyman reassembled my furniture and repaired a wardrobe that was previously slightly damaged. Cons: I opted for the unpacking service but the team did quite a rushed job and it was clear they just wanted to leave quickly. While no items were damaged, it was done a bit carelessly overall and I would expect slightly more given the price of the overall service.

All round fabulous service, from quotation, office communications to packers and removal team. Makes what is a stressful time much less stressful!
