Really very impressed with Addis. Lewys dealt with my complaint regarding line tightener on rotary dryer 45m bought a year ago though only installed 6 months ago. Excellent/outstanding customer service I emailed one day they replied an hour later. Replacement on its way today. Would recommend this brand myself and family have used for many years. Guarantee and products first class. Many manufacturers could take a leaf out of their book. 5 star manufacturers. Thank you Addis and Lewys.
I have bought this large dish rack drainer to replace my old one. Same colour etc but after about 10 years of use it was breaking. Good design. Large enough for family of four with no dishwasher.

I recently purchased a kitchen bin from ADDIS via amazon. the box was all ripped at the bottom and the bin lid was broke. I got in touch with amazon about sending the bin back, amazon was pretty prompt sending me a form with a send back code. later that day I got an email from ADDIS DIRECT saying I had to pay for postage to send back the bin even though it was broke talk about adding insult to injury. DISGUSTING site. don't buy from this site it's a rip off site. would never buy from them again.
We ordered a whole lot of the wonderful Addis "Foodsaver" food containers recently. Firstly, what brilliant containers these are, lasting all-but forever, but also what fantastic price and service Addis offered. Well done!
On 17/2/25 I purchased an Addis spray mop for £18 from my local B&M store. After a few days it was broken. The plastic retaining clips that hold the bottle in place were breaking off. I returned the item to store and obtained a replacement. Unfortunately this one broke within a week, the same plastic component but in a different place. To me this would suggest a batch issue and a fault in manufacture. Unfortunately I lost the receipt so contacted Addis direct because B&M refund policy is you need your receipt. Addis reply was they could not validate my warranty without proof of purchase. Very poor customer service. It was an Addis product and I was taking up the issue with the manufacturer/distributor, not a high street retailer. With many retailers not issuing receipts unless you ask this appears to be a way of companies shirking their responsibility. Also who keeps a receipt for a cleaning product, have you retained the receipt for your hand broom and dustpan?
We bought a Thermo Pot water heater about 8 months ago. It recently developed a fault and as it was under warranty, I contacted customer services. They responded within the hour and immediately sent out a replacement. These days it's so often a battle to get companies to deal with faulty products and accept responsibility when things go wrong, so I can't praise Addis enough for the swift and efficient manner in which they dealt with this warranty replacement.
Have ordered direct before and as always items were delivered suitably packed and delivered on time.
Folding Stepstool - SKU: 516931 I have owned this stool for about 18 months and to date, it has worked as expected. However, today it collapsed under me and has completely broken. I was fortunate to receive no injuries. This is unacceptable as the stool is supposed to take the weight of a normal human. I weigh 85 kilogrammes. FWIW, I believe that the design of this stool with its multiple hinges and plastic construction, is too complicated to be safe.

Product as described and works well for our purposes of cleaning walking book soles as the bristles are good and stiff.

Bought two clothes airers some time ago, one unfortunately developed a bit of a problem. I contacted customer services (Laura) who couldn't have been more pleasant in manner and helpful. She kept in contact throughout right up to and including the offer of a without quibble replacement which was delivered within 24 hours. In times when it’s all too often the case to complain, it's a pleasure to compliment on a fantastic customer service - thanks to Laura and all concerned at Addis.
Dire quality goods, dishmop still with tags on immediately broke before any use, decided to test 2 year guarantee, not worth a carrot

I bought an Addis mop and regret it. It just shed cotton bits all over the floor and I had to hoover everywhere again and again as the tiny bits where horrendous to pick up. Complained to Addis and they were not in the least helpful. Even though I gave them proof of purchase and photography evidence. If I could I would give then no stars. Tough luck by buying an Addis product you wasted hours of time redoing the work and going back and forth to the shop. Addis don't care. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS
I purchased an Addis spray mop which despite following all instructions started leaking after only 6 months. I purchased a second assuming I had just been unlucky with the first one and exactly the same thing happened. I contacted Addis customer service which wasn’t easy initially but when I did speak with them they requested a photo of the inside of the bottle lid which I provided. I then contacted them the following day as I obviously need a mop and was told it could take 5 days to respond as they only have two customer service advisors. I then checked the reviews of the mop ( should have done this before buying) and they are not good, very similar issues, poor quality and poor customer service. I’ve just ordered a different brand of spray mop as to have two with the exact same problem is more than coincidence! In response to the reply from Addis, I understand that proof of purchase is required and with the first mop I returned it to the retailer who exchanged it and whilst I cannot find the second receipt, one would hope that the issue with the mop leaking was a one off but clearly that isn’t the case. I have now bought a different brand of mop and the purpose of my review was to alert potential customers to this fault that clearly wasn’t a one off so that if they do still purchase the Addis brand they make sure they keep the receipt.
We purchased an airer from a local Dunelm store, it had a missing foot. A quick email and a replacement foot was in the post and promptly arrived. Excellent service and thank you.
We purchased a Winged Addis Heated Clothes dryer from Lidl in October 2024. Sadly it was really fragile and flimsy and sadly the little screws attaching to one of the wings loosened and broke. The Airer was so poorly built. We certainly wouldn't recommend the airer
