Addis is known for good quality kitchenware. Couldn't find the colour l wanted in-store so went to the website and it was so easy to order. The items (bowl and dish drainer) look lovely.
Regularly purchase the 50L bin base. Can't fault the quality of the bins and service. Delivery made within a few days. It would be good to have the possibility of printing a VAT invoice from the website account or be sent one on completion of the order otherwise 5*.
In looking to replace our existing items for kitchen sink area, we found all 3 items on Addis Home. Keeping all items in same colour- Bowl, cutlery stand, drying rack. Ordering & delivery being quick & easy to do!!!!!
The thing that I was disappointed with was the lack of any information regarding delivery date or time. Product was just what I ordered and when they arrived the were in good packaging so that was good.
Ordered, paid, delivered. And the quality of the products is good. Excellent.
Bought an Addis Comfifit broom.. self assembled 3 parts. Absolute rubbish. Does not fit or stay together. Junk. Save yourself £11/£12 and buy something else
Excellent products, quick delivery
Had one of their metal clothes driers for a few years (spent most of it's time in the junk store after it failed). Flimsy badly made rubbish. The lower pivots have fatigued right through and failed making it useless. The bottoms of the legs have dropped clean off. It is clearly not designed to hold washing for repeated uses. Awful for the environment and so wasteful. Will attach photos of the failed product. Note date of experience is that and not date of purchase! This is because a previous review the company didn't like and used this to flag as fake demanding proof of purchase. Very disingenuous.
On the whole a good experience, as I would expect from this manufacturer. Well made serviceable household items, no scimping on materials to weaken the product, in fact the only negative note is there is too much material on the snap beads for the mop head. I struggled for ages to get the mop head on the mounting, I don't know how some weak people would manage. I think the snap beads could do with more of a lead on the entry. I'm not looking forward to when the mop wears out and I have to remove it to put the spare one on!

Easy to order, prompt delivery and all at a reasonable price. I've been looking for a large square bucket like this for a while, this was larger, cheaper and has more uses than a 15 litre paint scuttle, and a much more comfortable handle when loaded.
Ordered a replacement kitchen bin lid (40-litre bin lid); unfortunately, it arrived having been damaged in transit, such that the swing action was unviable - on advising Customer Service at Addis, a replacement was sent, arriving quickly, fully intact, and operable - fantastic product, superlative customer service, hence 5* > 10/10 > thank you

Quality products produced in the UK and sold at affordable prices for everyone. There are some companies that have retained their standards over many decades and this is one of the foremost for me.
I really like the colourful options you offer. A washing up basin in any colour! The handles on the basins are useful too.
Good products in a great selection of colours, far more choice than is available in shops. Customer service excellent, as one item from a large order was missing and this was sent out immediately on receipt of my e-mail. Definitely a company I shall go to for direct purchase again.
