We bought 3 spray mops all broken!!! Tried to contact customer service left messages for response numerous times to no avail. ARE ADDIS TOO BIG TOO REPLY IGNORANT WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
'Made for life' says the Addis website. We bought an Addis pedal bin for the kitchen, it was, I admit, quite cheap. However, it lasted apporoximately 2 months before the lid started to fly off every time the pedal is depressed. We are about to thow it out after approximately 4 months. Hardly for life, I gave it 2 stars because it lasted 4 months, I was tempted to give it none as it doesn't match up to the brand promise. See the response from Addis. I do not have proof of purchase because I did not think i would need it, in any case I did not post this review in order to get my money back, I posted it to warn potential customers that it is not a good product. Yes I can send some images of the lid hinges but I am not sure that this will show Addis any useful information. I have never before seen a household name brand with so many poor reviews.
Expensive ironing board so uneven I have had to put coasters under 2 of the 4 feet when I use it.
Bought a stainless kitchen steel drainer started to go rusty just after a few months especially on the nuts. Also a corner and a straight rack in my shower and again going rusty a waste of money.
bought a nice shiny stainless steel Addis bathroom bin from B and M. Nightmare cant get the remaning glue off from the label that was very difficult to remove. item in my mind is not worth the messing. i dont want a bin with half of it covered in glue i want it to be shiny and nice.
Really loved the size and look of their deluxe ironing board and as it's not cheap ordered one from Robert Dyas for a good price. Delivery was fast and put the board up only to fine one side of the front leg as so far off the floor I could get my hand under it. Robert Dyas were great and arranged a speedy collection and replacement. If anything this one was worse with a bad sideways wobble and one end lower than the other. Returned again and money now refunded. Addis wasn't very helpful with no explanation or apology why such an expensive item should be so bad with an abvious lack of quality control. Should have learnt my lesson after their spray mop turned out to be poor quality. Won't be buying their products again
Addis were very quick to respond to my query. They were courteous and professional and resolved my query by sending out some rubber inserts for me. Their efficiency is to be commended, thanks to Courtney for all your help.
Inquired to addis for a part that had broken on my airer dryer spoke to Courtney at customer services she said send me a photo of part that had broken which I sent to her. Courtney got back to me to say part would be sent to me within 5 days which it was excellent service thanks very much.
I bought the spray mop and just wanted to say how great it is! Such a easy product to use.
Wife bought an Addis spray mop. Absolutely useless and lasted about 2 weeks before spray mechanism won't spray anymore. My trusty old mop and bucket has been put back into use. Can't find Aldi receipt so wasted money on a useless piece of junk! Will be very wary of buying anything Addis in the future. Pathetic!!
Purchased an Addis bin a few months back and the lid started to come off (Flimsy) and became loose, I contacted Addis and although I misplaced my receipt, Addis was more than happy to issue a replacement free of charge, I have now since purchased another Addis bin and I have kept the receipt this time incase of a claim with the new bin, (lifetime warranty). We have now purchased an Addis Spray Mop. Great Customer Service which I hope remains the same if a future claim needs to be made

We purchased two Addis 50L Eco pedal bins & a washing up bowl, again from the Eco range from B&M in Beverley. Each item has a sticker on them detailing they were from the Eco range. We couldn't get the glue on the stickers off any of the items. This is fundamental retailing stuff. Don't use stickers that your customers cannot remove without damaging the product they've purchased.
Hi we bought a 4 arm airer from B and M .It cost £40 which was fine because it was a name we trusted. However we had a day of windy weather nothing really bad But when we went to use it again it had buckled on it hinges Very disappointed I contacted addis their Web page says basically no receipt no replacement . Who keeps receipt s for everything . WE BOUGHT ADDIS FOR ITS NAME AND QUALITY. IT TURNED OUT TO BE CHEAP RUBBISH . IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU ADDIS .
We bought the Addis 4 arm rotary dryer and it was awful from day one. The lines are so slack the washing was on the floor. They show you online how to arrange the lines to tighten them. This does not work. A complete design flaw. I emailed customer service and we also phoned them . They responded but with the ridiculous instructions on how to tighten the line . I will never buy anything from Addis again.
Bought a kitchen drainer following excellent customer service assisting me in getting further specification for the tiem as I have a very compact draining are. Following measurements I purchased and the item was quickly delivered and it looks great - very happy with the whole experience, many thanks x
Very unprofessional customer service. Sent an email to them 11th August stating the issue with my 3 tier airer and I got an automated email back saying they will respond within 5 days. Tried to call them today and nobody answers. Had my airer for less then 5 months before the leg basically snapped. Have never hung more then 6kg of washing on it at any one time. Have had a minky airer which is still going strong after 5 plus years. Decided to buy this addis brand as I thought it would be more sturdy then the other cheaper alternatives available but was clearly wrong. ****updated 17th aug***** Addis have replied. Have arranged to send me a replacement. Very happy with the outcome.
Great customer service. Bought a clothes airer from dunelm that was missing a foot. Emailed on a Sunday, received a reply first thing Monday morning and the replacement foot was delivered to me Wednesday! Amazing, thank you so much!
Bought a touch open bin through Amazon. The opening mechanism broke after a few days. Very poor manufacture. Left a message on Amazon and no response at all. Very poor customer support. I used to consider Addis to be a good brand. No longer sadly.
