Bought a mop described as SUPERDRY SPONGE FLOOR MOP. Shame did not look at some reviews as it's useless does not absorb water just spreads it around. To say superdry is wrong should be super wet. In order to return have to pay postage and it comes in a huge box so it's expensive just not worth the hassle. BLACK MARK wont be buying from them again. Might ask trading standards if they are selling something described incorrectly.

I already had one of these excellent pan buckets and bought another one for myself and one for my son. Big capacity for larger jobs, DIY, leaves, general debris whilst also holding water!!! What more could you ask!
Bought a spare cloth for my spray mop so not used yet, but very happy with the mop.

Bought an ironing board in 2018. Looking for a replacement cover and noticed it had 10 yr warranty. Emailed the customer services, got a reply for pictures. Received an email instantly that they would send me a replacement, 2 days later and my new ironing board came. Very happy about this. Great experience and would recommend. Thank you
I ordered about 6 items and when delivered the box was all split and open so a couple of items were damaged. Replacement was sent out but was completely the wrong item and not what I ordered. I am now still waiting for the correct item to be sent.
The item was well priced and arrived promptly. The last one of these that I purchased (sink drainer), lasted for 7 years!!

Poor quality item returned for refund on July 4th. Delivered to Addis Housewares 8th July. Phoned numerous times since. Left messages. No response or returned calls as of 17th July. Still waiting for my refund! I Anya was very helpful.
Bought an Addis spray hard floor cleaner. After filling the spray bottle with cleaning fluid for the fifth time it started to leak badly. Thought I'd see if I can get any ideas what to do from the company. They indicated the small washer was missing and made sure that I was sent a replacement without charge. Have to say the Customer Service was excellent and prompt in all my correspondence with them. Received the washer this morning. Thx Addis.
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a washing up bowl and sink organiser. Both items were sent in a different colour to the colours I ordered. I did check my order just in case I had made the mistake but I hadn't. I contacted Addis and they never bothered to reply. I really do not recommend this company as they do not honour their returns.
The product is still a very good quality and happy they still produce the foot stool.
This is the second Superdry mop plus I have purchased from yourselves over the past years and they have been great. Would definitely recommend.

I've been using these on my wooden drainer at home for years they have been excellent. I've just got a caravan....it came with a small grey drainer, which is absolute rubbish...the Addis drainer is brilliant for my caravan too!!
