Easy ordering process, delivery within couple of days. Addis had the type + size bins I wanted - 2 x 25L rolltop bins in cream, one for waste, one for recycling and finding them much more convenient in the kitchen than my old 40L bin. I empty them daily so no build-up of smelly waste. Roll-tops better for me with no foot pedal to go wrong/break, and no need to break the bank spending hundreds of pounds on a sensor bin! Addis have a good selection of household wares; I also bought a matching sink tidy + two white toilet brushes.

Ordered a couple of items, a bowl for the kitchen sink and a 30 litre stainless steel pedal bin. I needed a round bowl and was having no luck whatsoever finding one in any local shops and stores. However, the Addis site answered my prayers. The bin replaced one I have had for many years, but which had just about had it. This bin is very good quality and looks like it will last some time. Delivery was good and free. I would certainly order direct again.

Lovely bowl , drainer and laundry basket

For years I had an Addis clothesline so when I moved house I purposely bought a new Addis one. I year later the knob underneath for tying the line broke. This is not what I expected from this brand. Disappointing that they are unwilling to replace as I don’t have a receipt! Bad form but I have learned from this not to buy any Addis products as they don’t care about their customers

I love Addis stuff, I only have a small kitchen and it all stacks nicely. I only order items made in the UK so no wasting carbon emissions. It lasts for ages. I've got one Addis container that's over 20years old! Still works.

Hi the quality of the product could not be improved on, realy happy - looks great on the kitchen drainer. Previously purchased a cheaper option which looked great at the time but did not last, wish we had gone staright for the ADDIS drainer.

Review for a kitchen waste bin 30L Round Pedal Bin - Stainless Steel Color: Stainless Steel This is honestly the worst designed piece of kitchen equipment I have purchased in 73 years. It is an absolute nightmare. It has no inner bucket so you have to struggle to get the bin bag out of the bin which looks sleek but is just too narrow for kitchen waste. Addis has cost reduced by eliminating the inner plastic bucket so the black bin bag gets stuck on the inside of the waste bin, and rips as it is hauled out. The flimsy ring at the top which is meant to keep the bag in place slips down when the bag is half full. As a result the waste just goes directly into the bin, which is not even sealed at the bottom. Every time I need to change the bag it involves - washing the kitchen floor to clear up the leaks from the bin - hauling the bag out of the bin forcefully - turning the bin UPSIDE DOWN to get the bag out - washing the whole bin out several times with bleach This bin, at best, is suitable for light paper waste - no kitchen waste, no food, no messy stuff. PLEASE REDESIGN OR WITHDRAW -

Item came with a B&M sticker on it £3 pound cheaper than the price I paid despite several e mails no satisfaction I was told that you do not supply B&M with the said item I sent photo of the item in B&M still no satisfactory outcome will no be using your company again
