Prompt delivery, good value. To fit the Addis Shirtmaster ironing board there was only one choice of design on offer (a print of a shirt...)...take it or leave it. We took it because it was the only one which would fit, otherwise the ironing board would have become useless.

I’ve just bought the Mega Mop and think it’s the best ever! Leaves the floor virtually dry and so clean. Never thought I’d enthuse about a floor mop!

Ordering on line was easy and all my goods arrived on time. The bowl, dish drainer and cutlery drainer I ordered all complimented each other and matched my decor perfectly.

Order, of one insulated stainless steel Caraff, was received swiftly, well-packaged (Double-boxed) and in full working order. One small point, the execution of the payment process on the Addis website, left me a little confused,... It seemed to me as if I had double ordered,.. but the final order completion documentation on-line showed only one item ordered and charged for. The item is well designed and functions perfectly and to specification in the use case envisaged i.e storing small quantities of hot water. I would buy again. Slight hiccup in the order/delivery process in that two jugs were delivered (Only one was ordered and charged for). However, this issue was quickly resolved by the Customer Service and the returns collection service. I was most impressed by the speed and efficiency with which this was done.

We got a heated clothes airer it dried only the bit that was touching the bar and took 3 days to dry. So not worth the money

I have to echo some of the previous reviews about how efficient and courteous Anya has been with regards to the issues that I had with one of their products. In this day and age you do not expect such good old fashioned customer service - even though the purchase was nearly two years ago. I would not normally leave a review, but the no nonsense excellent after sales service deserves to be mentioned and praised. I have bought two products which suffered the same fault. Anya explained that the company recognise the fault and are now working on a fix going forward. A replacement item has been ordered without any quibble. Thank you Addis and thank you Anya.

Had to order a new mop bottle as the one we had leaked, the part itself was only about £5.50 with a similar amount again for p&p, was told that due to staff shortages and illness the delivery would be a little longer than usual and I was asked not once but three times if I would prefer a refund. Two weeks passed and when I enquired again I was told the part was now out of stock, what a way to run a company, Any well run company would know if a part is in stock or not when a order is placed not two weeks later when the customer could have gone and replaced it with a alternative product. I have no problem with most of the addis products just it’s after sales service which is atrocious. PS I have since received a refund and they have also sent me the part free of charge for which I am thankful for as it will come in handy as a spare. As I mentioned in my review I don’t have a problem with most of their products and have in fact purchased other items since, I still feel that they could do better in their stock control systems in regards to being able to let customers know if a part is in stock or not at the point of order.

This is the first time I have bought directly from Addis and my experience has been 100% good. The eco bin and box I bought are sturdy and exactly what I want at good prices. They were well - packed and delivered in two working days. Can't ask for more!

Contacted Addis just last week (8th Sept) for replacement part for 5L water boiler I brought in 2020, however the part was not available to buy so Addis offered and sent me a brand new model replacement boiler that arrived within 5 days. Anya, the Customer Service Executive was very courteous, helpful and responded promptly to resolve my case within 1 day. I generally do not provide reviews unless the service is outstanding and I would give Addis 10 stars if that was possible. Addis has gone above and beyond with their service and I will consider their product first in my next purchase even if its not the cheapest option.

I had a faulty product and Anya, Consumer Services Executive helped me with my problem. She was polite, informative and very helpful. I emailed photos of the product and Anya arranged a replacement to be sent out to me straight away. I couldn't be happier with their service and Anya went above and beyond which is very rare these days.

Bought a deluxe 3 tier airer from Amazon over a year ago, great bit of kit. Compact, lightweight but sturdy enough for a big wash. Still going strong and hopefully will do for many years to come.
