I have been a fan of Addis for many years. I am a builder and use their closed top dustpans for clearing up rubble etc etc. They are almost indestructible (I have a cracked one but it has had serious abuse and it still works). I also use their brush heads and hand brushes and find everything to be great quality and good value for money. Addis's own website was great to buy from direct. Very highly recommend

I purchased from Addis in November 2023 but unfortunately the product became faulty. I reported the situation to Addis and they replaced it with minimum fuss and great speed. An after sales service second to none. When contacting the company I was treated with the utmost courtesy at all times and made to feel valued as a customer.

Contacted Addis as my rotary airer had rusted and snapped and as I had a 10 year warranty on the item that was purchased in 2021 they replaced the item free of charge and sent me it within a few days. Excellent service and I would highly recommend their products and service.

Very pleased that I was finally able to get a replacement cover for my ironing board. This has been out of stock for over a year. It would be nice to have a choice of cover for this particular ironing board (shirt master( Service when ordered was expedient.
