I few years ago I was unfortunate enough to sustain Hail damage to my home. I contacted Acuity and within a few days an inspector was out to check my roof, gutters, and siding all of which had damage. I received a check for the repairs within a week. I am 79 and have had other insurance companies over the years just wish I had found Acuity sooner. Easy to deal with and great customer service. Have my home and cars bundled with Acuity and no other company has been able to provide the coverage I have for less or even close.

Hard to leave a review when I haven’t filed a claim in the last 20 or more years. Only contacts with Acuity are with agents when I change policy - agents have been helpful.

No claims in the 2 years we have been with Acuity (none prior either) yet my premium goes up almost $20/month. Why?!! Not Happy!

I have not had reason to file an insurance claim, and hope it stays that way. I like that they had someone visit the property and share thoughts with regard to risk management. The independent agent I am using is also involved and helpful. Nothing but positive at this point.
Since we have had no claims I am just curious as to why the cost keeps increasing. I know age of building has something to do with it but we should get some kind of break. The company that carries my personal ins. gives a rebate every year when no claims are reported.

I have not had a claim so I cannot speak to that but the renewal process is fast and not complicated at all. My phone conversations with the agent and customer service have been a pleasant experience as they have been able to answer any questions and are knowledgeable about the policy,
I recently lost a credit card and I had forgotten that card was how I paid you. I received a notice of non payment from you and a charge. Additionally when I figured out what happened and called you, the person that took my call couldn’t update things by taking the new card number. I had to call my insurance broker on Monday and change it through them. There should be a grace period for non problem accounts and the person answering the phone should be able to take the new card numbers.
Always a very competitive price. Unfortunately, (or should I say fortunately) I’ve never had to turn in a claim so I can’t review their promptness in settling a claim.
