I would just like to say that speaking with the man from abri Kevin it was a real pleasure he took the time to listen to me and offered some great advice to help with my needs ,I felt very comfortable talking to Kevin,he is a star,I would also like to say the man who came to do the work also was very quick and efficient.

The electrician I had come round Dave and his other colleague, were on time very professional tidy and explained everything, cleaned up after themselves. Very friendly
I recently rang to follow up on a repair over Christmas the lady I spoke to was called Bernadette and was so helpful she rang the company who were doing the repair and as a result of this they emailed the next day to book in a date she was lovely on the phone aswell
I had a leak from the boiler the man came very pleasant had a look got the tools and was fixed in no time Great friendly service

Due to an emergency my end I had to ring and cancel an appointment. I was to late to get appointments on the app. Spoke to an amazing lady Indoo who sorted it out swiftly and very professionally for me and even sorted out a new appointment. Which was very much appreciated thank you
Tony came out to fix my window as it wasn’t shutting properly. He knew straight away what the problem was, explained to me what had happened to the window and fixed it without any problems.

I needed the flush on toilet seeing to and a badly dripping tap in kitchen fixed. As not seen as an emergency had to wait nearly a month for an appointment. However once Mark came on the day they were both quickly fixed. He was polite and efficient.
Like a breath of fresh air. They come promptly at convenient times such as school run hours and very easily booked. When they arrive, they are prompt and very friendly. They make you feel like nothings too much bother and I have every faith that they will work to a high standard.
Mathew fixed the electrics in my kitchen very efficiently and was very friendly and helpful.

Abri operators always go out their way to carry out a job, completing it so the clients safety is a top priority as well as using their expertise to advise clients what needs to be done etc. Darren the operator carried out the job rather than coming back which was very handy and Lucien, he will thoroughly carry out each job and put in jobs that need attention too. He doesn’t just do the work and leave, he will only leave when he is 100% satisfied with the work.
I've been in this house with Abri (previously Yarlington) for many years. I can honestly say, that the customer service is outstanding. Every time I call, whoever I speak to is lovely. Whenever I need a repair, the repair team are great. Recently I've spoken to Michelle and Carla, both were really friendly, engaging and helpful. I also had a heating engineer out today (3/1/2025), I can't remember his name but he was great. It was a minor problem and I worried I was wasting his time, but he reassured me, sorted my minor issue and again was super friendly and helpful. Overall Abri is very good landlord.
After coming home from work and losing all power on a Sunday my first thought was 'what now'. I rang the Abri ooh team, the first person was very reassuring and I had an electrician at my home within an 45mins. He immediately found the fault but unfortunately it was a network issue and not one Abri could resolve. But he made some calls and within an hour SSE had arrived, in total I was off for only 10.5hrs, and that included having to dig to the main cable and repairing it!! Superb response and service from all. Many many thanks.

Issue: toilet cistern constantly filling with water. Repair carried out successfully, new filter replaced and issue resolved. Marked down 1 star as I had to ask repair technician to take off his shoes as recently new carpet fitted. Otherwise he was pleasant, friendly and professional.
