Hi ya guys. I had several inquiries from chatting to Emma the other day Xo she gave me all the info I needed ( fantastical) she was very polite and new the answers straight away Xo she ev n laughed when I told her that my dog fluffed and it must of been smelly cos she’s gone away hehehe Xo I chatted to Carol today and she tried her best to see how I can change my payment card on “My portal” but sadly she couldn’t find away Xo And again Carol was fantastically friendly kind and considerate Xo I have never had any problems in the two years I have been an Abri tenant with any of the staff or work people at all Xo sadly the timing is very poor but I do know as soon as they do get here to fix anything they will always be chatty and friendly do the job Xo I’m a very very happy happy tenant thank you Abri xoxoxo
The guy who came did the work well and was very polite and carried out the work as planned he was nice and early so I could carry out my day and the job was done very well and I was very happy with it
After trying to get work carried out for 3 years for fencing and broken up patio I finally got a date in November 2024 but did hold out much hope but Vernon and Andrew showed up and everything changed, the weather was awful but they held on waiting hours to see how they could work round it,as they promised the job would be done. They were polite and hard working but they showed up whenever the weather improved to continue, they never gave up. Gold star for Vernon and Andrew.

We have recently moved into an abri property and can't believe how smooth and hassle free the process was. Stuart and Carla were extremely helpful and professional and lovely to deal with. My experience with Abri went well from the beginning because they kept me informed as I wasn’t knowing much about them so they treated me as a new tenant with patience and understanding.

Had to have some work done in my kitchen to stop water leaking into my neighbours flat and Tony came out and fixed everything after looking at it for a few minutes. He was quick, efficient and did a great job. He was friendly, funny and just outright lovely to have here. Would definitely recommend him to anyone if need be.

Kevin came to fix my bathroom light, the day before Christmas eve. He was polite, professional and explained what the problem was. I also had an issue with a smaller light in the bathroom and he replaced that too. He left all clean and tidy, thank you, Kevin.
