I'd reported a problem with the soil pipe in my loft which was allowing rain to get in and making the ceiling in the bathroom damp. Andrew and Patrick came out and replaced the damaged pipe without damaging the boxing around the soil pipe, which meant I didn't have to redecorate the bathroom. The damp is now gone and the rain is not getting in the loft. I'm very happy with the repairs and they told me exactly what they had done and showed me pictures they'd taken.
Excellent 2 lovely guys come out did gutter very helpful very perlite and a excellent job and cleaned up after them self and I hope to see them again in the future excellent

I’ve had three central heating engineers out over the last six months doing some major repairs and replacements in my home. All three were exactly what you want from a tradesman coming into your home. Clean, polite, respectful and chatty enough to be friendly but not to the extent that they are taking longer to do their jobs. All three explained their repairs and what to do if there was a problem. Call backs and follow ups were made where promised and over all we were very pleased with everything about them and the work they carried out. Recently had several repairs carried out by Arbi and I was very pleased with the work done and the workmen who came to do the jobs, all were helpful and efficient and polite. We have had a number of associations over the years and Abri are by far the best
Last week, Abri sent a guy called Joel to mend our leaking guttering. He was a really polite man who completed the job within an hour. He tidied up the mess that fell from the gutter and left the whole area tidier than it was to begin with. Excellent work done by excellent staff.

I had a repair booked for February but thankfully this was bought forward. Andrew that completed the repair was polite, efficient and got the job completed in next to no time.

I had an operative come to the house to repair front door, had a window slot 08.00-12.00 , had a message to say someone was on the way at 08.40, Clifford arrived about 08.55. Hinges and locks had loosened making it difficult to lock. Job took about 10 mins, he was very thorough, professional and polite, happy with the service. I reported the faulty door on Abri's Portal,easy to use and given a date within 48 hours of posting. Great service
Brilliant timing arrived between times that were set Polite and talkative about the issue of property. Fixed very quickly with a working new kitchen light fitted

I had an Electrician from Abri to do some work before New Immersion heater put in. Arrived on time , quick and done the job. Mark also had to come back once Plumber was done. Gave me a time and was back promptly. All work I have had done has been of Excellent standards. Customers from Abri should always take into Consideration that when phoning Abri up to have work done, that they should respect that Abri cannot do some jobs straight away as there's probably 100 more people who have phoned up before you. When it's an Emergency I have had them come out in a few hours out of working hours. So to me they have done an Excellent service.
Tommie has been to my property before. He is professional and polite. Gets on with the job at same time explaining what he is doing. He never leaves any mess.
I had to ring Abri as there was a problem with my boiler. I spoke to a lovely lady who was more than happy to help me. She was very friendly and had great customer service. Arranged an emergency appointment for someone to come out and fix it. Less than 2 hours after phoning, someone came out to sort it out. Very efficient.
