Shower Repair. I've been a Abri's tenant for a number of years and of course from time to time some maintenance becomes evidently in need of taking care of and just recently my shower stopped working properly and it was clear at that point that it needed to be repaired. First I'd like to say that the process of requesting assistance for these kind of jobs or any other job is easy, smooth and stress free, whether you are talking to staff over the phone at the customer service they are always polite helpful and simply presents with a "can do" attitude which promotes reassurance to the tenants. Using the Abri Portal on line is again simple and straightforward, you can request a job and send pictures of the job that needs doing, as simple as that. My shower was repaired and infact completely replaced with a brand new one, something that went completely above and beyond my expectations, the job was done professionally and without any fuss, Alan who carried out the job was brilliant, professional and impeccably perfect throughout the whole job, he explained to me a little bit of what he was doing and that made me feel participating within the job he was completing and also shared with me some useful knowledge. I can only be thankful and grateful to Alan and Abri as a whole.

Jimmy came round and done an excellent job of cleaning the mould from the walls. He was also very knowledgeable on how to treat and prevent it reoccurring. Jimmy was also very friendly and polite and takes his job seriously. Showed a real passion for his job.

I have been with Abri for nearly a year and I am very happy with both my property and with the excellent way that the staff have always treated me. I recently spoke to Helen when I called regarding a problem I had , and she was very polite and helpful. Keep up the good work Abri!

I needed two windows fixed a chap came called Dave he got got on to mend them respected my property 1 he couldn't mend but told me what would happen such a good chap pleased with the outcome.

Ive been an Abri tenant for nearly six years now and am, overall, extremely happy with them. I recently had an emergency call out for a gas engineer as my boiler and heating had stopped working. It was a very cold day too. Withing a few hours I had an engineer here and he sorted things out really quickly for me. That has, on the whole, been my experience with everything tbh, whether its repairs, upgrading of my windows and front door, if i need help through customer services, all of it. I would highly recommend Abri as a housing association.

Good morning I recently had my annual gas check and revue by Nikki who has been a regular over the past years. Always professional and courteous. Checked on my welfare as recently discharged from hospital and even offered to topup using my card to save me doing it. Abri are lucky to have her.

I am no longer a customer of abri but I do live next door to one of there tenants. Last April I reported that the fencing between our property's was rotten and that the tenant was an elderly lady. Before Xmas we went to abri offices to report the fencing again as it was now causing damage to my property and was also a danger to us and my neighbour as it was so rotten it was swinging in the wind. Have since been back to there offices twice more asking for an appointment with whoever this concerns as half the fencing is now collapsed in there garden which is an accident waiting to happen to my neighbour. The other half is now causing damage to my property. Abri really ae shameful in leaving this fencing in a dangerous state. Pictures have been taken incase my neighbour has an accident when being left with this state. Update. At last, Fencing has finally been cleared and repaired.
