I am so fed up with the lack of action from Abri. My flat is next to the communal bin area, and I have complained about the state of it many times. Residents throw their rubbish on the floor instead of putting them in bins and dump furniture there as well. I have requested the area be cleared and letters sent to residents. The latest request was at the beginning of January and nothing despite me chasing it up 4 times. Totally unacceptable to expect the adjoining flats to have all this rubbish dumped against their living room walls.

I was a little concerned at first as heard mixed reviews, but in my experience so far this company is great, helpful staff professional & easy to contact, easy to book repairs, great communication &prompt response times, thank you, keep up the good work 👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had lovely man called rob come out to fix my windows and doors has we ad alot off cold coming in. he was so friendly and polite and very professional in he's work. I just wana say thank you so much for taking the time to fix are problem all the best Janet.

The lady i spoke to was very friendly very knowledgeable very helpful and very professional in the conversation we had, I know if I need to to phone abri for anything I am reassured with the knowledge that the call handlers are so very friendly and professional.

I Rang Abri yesterday and spoke to Annie to clarify a company who had rang me and said they worked on behalf of Abri.after exsplaining to annie she quickly looked into it. She came back and said they were genuine. She was very polite and very helpful. Thank you annie for you’re help.

I called Abri to change the day of a repair. Michelle took my call. She was very polite and courteous. She made checks with me to ascertain that I was the tenant. She then changed the date of my repair to a one suitable for me without keeping me waiting too long. I was very satisfied that my call was dealt with swiftly and professionally by Michelle. Thank you.

Rich the Electrician came to fix some faulty sockets in my Kitchen. I got a text before he arrived, he was friendly, polite and respectful. Got the job done quickly, gave me some options so I wasn't left with mis-matched sockets, filled any gaps with mastic and cleared up after himself. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Rich!

I had an engineer called Victor come to do some work on my heating last week, Polite, friendly, good banter and a pleasure to deal with! Quickly fixed my problem and an asset to Abri. I hope he gets a nice bonus and an extra days holiday.

Each time I call, the staff are polite and efficient regarding the matter discussed. Appointments for repairs etc. are quickly made. Also, when tradespeople are on their way they will text to let you know.

Spoke with Chris about an issue I had. He was very professional but at the same time friendly, he explained everything he was going to do, I had to be put on hold, he apologise for me having to wait. He advised me what to do as well. He definitely is a great asset to Abri.

Mike from Abri came to replace a stubborn, rusted kitchen tap. Despite the challenging removal process, he was incredibly patient and persistent. His friendly and communicative nature kept me at ease as he updated me throughout the job. This wasn't Mike's first time assisting us, and having the same reliable professional return builds a sense of trust and consistency. Highly recommended!
