Delivery was awful. The delivery guy harassed me verbally, forcefully threatening me to sign the delivery receipt when I was trying to check on the items as this was stated in your remainder that I SHOULD NOT sign the delivery receipt till I properly checked.

I ordered 250sqm of engineering wood floor back in July and paid 50% deposit to secure the stock and I've agreed with the shop that the delivery will be in end of Nov. Mid Nov I contacted them just to make sure the stock is there and they said yes. End of Nov I asked them to deliver and they said they can only deliver half and another half could only be delivered in end of Jan 2025. The owner of the shop didn't seem to find it an issue at all and has been through out rude. And I was even blamed for not accepting alternative flooring they offered. I had all my timber wall at home coloured based on the floor and also thickness of subfloor has been fixed and so I do not have that flexibility anymore.. If i have the flexibility to take simply any flooring, why would I paid a deposit of £3400 to hold the stock 4 months in advance. Nice floor and price they have... only if they really have.

Sorina Otel provided a great service today. We had popped down to the store on Saturday to initially see the flooring they had on offer. A lot of great options. Then we made our mind up on the one we wanted and went to the store to place the order. Sorina was the one who greeted us and was extremely helpful in assistant. Initially there wasn’t enough stock of the one we had chosen, however she went out of her way to see what she could do. She managed to find stock and so we got how much we needed. She was friendly and polite, and it was a smooth process. Thank you Sorina for your assistance today!
