Easily found what I was after. Lots of choice on website. Great prices. Delivery costs are good...free delivery on my order...only complaint is it's estimated to take longer than I expected.
Ordered and payed for a television on the 26th of May, no sign of it yet, beginning to get worried. Got fed up with waiting and asked for my money back, got this reply from them- "A refund will be processed within 30 days back into your account" Why 30 days? They were quick enough to take my money.

Item was cheapest by far which usually means something is amiss, however I was prepared to lose that amount so I ordered. Wait time was 3-4 weeks which isn't great if you want something in a hurry but I was prepared to wait. Item came exactly in delivery time stated and everything worked. Cant argue really. Would buy again.
I was looking for a Sapphire 7870 XT graphics card which I found the cheapest in their website which I thought at the time looked legit enough and it was £20 cheaper than amazon.. so I was going to order it but saw that it would take 7-8 working days to get so I left their website before completing the order. Then I got an email from them (automated one) saying I'd get free delivery and 3-4 working days to send. So I took the bait and ordered the card. Didn't see much activity in their site getting closer to the dispatch date so I called them a few times and I went through mostly to someone in India that would give me generic answers. Also their online messaging system is horrible and they give you generic answers there as well. After a lot of chasing I was told its shipped from their warehouse in France. Eventually after my chasing I got it a day later and I wasn't suprised to see they had sent me an inferior card, similar model but definitely not what I ordered. So then I sent it back asked for a refund which took close to a month to process. I chased it a couple of times going again to people in India and I did tell them that I would report them to trading standards if I don't get it so I got in 28 days which I think its a ridiculous amount of time to process a refund. I ended up buying the item from amazon in the end and received in 3 days although in their site it said 6-7 working days. In other words I'd avoid them and have told everyone else I know to avoid this site. AVOID
A quality branded product at a very competitive price, with fast free delivery - ordered Wednesday evening, and received Friday morning - what more could you ask for?
Ordered with acceptable delivery date, that came and went with no delivery or advisement of delay. Contacted them after waiting 2 extra days past the delivery date, seems like they dont keep stock (drop shippers) but the complaint and request for a refund if not delivered quickly seemed to get some action with the goods arriving 2 days later. Looks like the item is for Euro use only as it came with a 2 pin plug and no adaptor which I believe is against the law in the UK now. They are offering £5 store credit for a review, well here is the review but I wont be using the £5 anytime soon.
The CHAT window was frustrating. It kept popping up and asking me to say Hi or Hello so that I could receive free delivery. When I did so it would pop up repeatedly and ask the same again. I found this annoying and confusing, as I had not used this site before. I was eventually offered free delivery in the end, but seems to take twice as long as Amazon and others. Up-to 12 days in fact. However, the cheaper prices more than made up for that!
Ordered a Samsung 840 Pro SSD, stated on website was in-stock, with 1-2 Day delivery. After ordering I received an email saying it would take 2 weeks to be delivered. I cancelled the order and was told it would take up to 30 days for a refund. Would not have ordered if I knew the delivery times were longer than stated on their website. WAITING UP TO 30 DAYS FOR A REFUND SEEMS A CON AND UNACCEPTABLE.
I cancelled my order with Wae+ on 17 May and only recently received my refund after multiple emails and phone calls. To be fair, I did always receive prompt replies to my emails and did manage to speak to people on the phone without waiting very long. It does state in the terms and conditions that they do have 30 days to issue refunds from the request date, however I have never known a company take this long before. When I purchased the product, the website clearly said that they had it in stock. I ordered it on 1 May and by 17 May got fed up of waiting. A really poor experience. I certainly will never have any further dealings with this company.

Had been a quite worried after reading other peoples experiences, but received Graphics card 9 days after ordering, They really should make the delivery times clearer from the start.
I'm a new customer. Couldn't order from web - my card was declined. Asked customer services to ring me back - they didn't. Rang up got very blank responses that it must be a problem with my card and they couldn't take order over the phone. AS it goes it was the card company using a fraud protection policy as this company is small so they were doing the right thing but their customer services leaves a lot to be desired
