I placed an order for an Issey Miyake Floral perfume set on 20th June 2013 and was told delivery would be between 24th-26th June. On the 27th June I had not received the item and rang to be told that the item was disappointingly out of stock. I asked the advisor why I had not been notifed of this and he apologised. I was offered a refund or credit. The advisor Ashish was very polite and helpful but it still did not override my annoyance at not being kept updated by the company and having to ring them myself.

your low prices are usually the best online. and no hidden huge markup on postage. however your Telefonica servos is rubbish.wen I finally get thru,their give the impression that their rather don't want to be botherd and keep referring back to the website

I ordered an in-stock item on 3rd June and it was delivered on 27th June. I chose free 10-12 working day delivery, because the paid delivery option was not much better at 7-9 days. I'd have happily paid for 2-3 day delivery. Why isn't their free delivery 5 days like Amazon? During the 10-12 working days, the order status on the WAE+ site showed a big green tick, showing my item was on track for delivery between 18-20th June. On 21st June, the green tick disappeared, but the WAE+ site gave me no clue as to when I could expect my order, or why it was delayed. I enquired about the order via the web site, and received the following by email on 22nd June: "We are sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues with your order, we\'ve already informed the warehouse and your order item is already allocated and will be delivered to you in few working days." I received another email on 26th June, saying my order had been shipped and I received it on 27th June.

I ordered something, expecting it to be delivered within the stated time frame, (days). After waiting, (weeks), and e-mailing them, eventually got informed that they were having difficulty with their supplier, and could no longer supply the item. If I hadn't inquired as to what was going on, how long would it have taken them to tell me this? They told me that I could be reimbursed, or order something else. I ordered something else, but for some reason this couldn't be done online by e-mail, and I had to make an expensive 'phone call to get reimbursed, before I could order it online on their website. I think they reinvented 'chaos theory'.

Item was meant to be in sock. Status remained on time throughout the order delivery period but the delivery time came and went with no response from the company. Emailed them and got an automated response of 5 to 7 days delivery delay. Decided to cancel and will have to wait up to 30 days for a refund. They are liars and treat customers with utter contempt. Use them at your own peril!

Hi I ordered product 123292 (x2) on the 2/6/13 with a 3-5 day delivery window costing over £40. Now on the 27th June it's still hasn't arrived! Nobody has even bothered to contact me? Why? ID no 197922

placed a order for a item that was in stock on the 11/6/13, only to be told the item would ship on the 26-28/6/13 i was in no rush for the item so though i would wait, when checking credit card i noticed that i had been charged for the item plus another random charge, i contacted them, they asked for a copy of the statement which i supplied while they waited on the phone, they advised that they will look into it and call me back, 3 days no call back, so called them again, they have no idea about this charge and was told account department closes at 4pm so will have to call back, i advised them i wish to cancel all order, which they have done but still no refund for either items!! never use!!!

I ordered an AMD FX-8350 processor off them for £138 inc delivery on 26th Jun 2013. The item was shown as in stock 3-5 Working Days delivery. I kept logging in to check my order progress and was reassured to see that it was "On Time" for delivery. Until of course it got to 5 days. The "On Time" comment was then removed and not replaced with anything. By 4th July still no sign of my item and so i typed a lengthy query through their website. I was amazed to recieve a reply after only 2 seconds !!! This turned out to be nothing but a generic email telling me how sorry they were but it was out of there hands as their supplier had let them down, It reassured me that they were getting another delivery "Next week". Well 18 days have now past, no furt5her contact and no sign of item, which incidentally I could have bought on Amazon now for only £5 More, and it would have been delivered. If you were to go on wae+ now this item is still shown as in stock 3-5 days delivery. Contacted them again today. Another generic email. The scam would appear to be.1) Take payment for item and bank cash 2) Wait until customer gets sick, cancels order. 3) wait an additional 30 days before refunding cash. 4) Keep interest earned on the thousands of cancelled orders. Please heed my warnings. Spend the extra few quid and buy from Amazon

Waited nine days for delivery, nothing came, contacted company by phone, credit to the man at the other end. Apology forthcoming, immediate refund as CD player not in stock.Ordered one a little dearer because of his sincerity in apology.
