Unbelievable company got my review removed even though I gave them my order number.. Just goes to show. I would never, ever, buy from this company again. Ordered a product on 25th May, now one month later after phoning them up yesterday and emailing Trading standards etc.. I get an email saying my item has been dispatched! Unbelievable! The customer service agent said it was in transit yesterday. If you've ordered, get to your bank and get your money back as these clowns won't give you your money back. I don't think I'll see the product I ordered, if I do, it may be faulty, as I read elsewhere by many people having similar issues.
I ordered some ethernet cables on the 18th May. It's now the 26th June. Still nothing, I've email them 3 times and they just come back with excuses. They've made no effort to keep my updated. This is quite literally the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
My order was not delivered on time. WAE+ did not contact me to tell me about their problems with the order, I had to contact them. They then told me they still had to order the items from Germany and I should wait another week for delivery. This is despite payment being taken at the time of order and the website stating the items were in stock. I turned down the offer of a rescheduled delivery for some point in the future, and to add insult to injury I was told I had to wait 30 days to receive a refund - they claimed the "cancellation" was at my request and not due to their inability to fulfil the order, so they claimed they could fall back on a clause in their T&Cs concerning refunds after customer-initiated cancellation. Their website still shows the items available in stock today after I have been told it will be around a week for the items to arrive in the UK. Edit (1 month later): Thirty days passed with no sign of a refund from WAE+. I have had to raise a dispute through my credit card provider. I have revised my rating down from two to one star. I suggest everyone waiting for a refund initiates a payment recall with their credit card company rather than waiting to do so after 30 days have passed.
They have some great offers and good prices. Recently used WAE+ for a purchase and the item arrived well packaged, and exactly as described.
I ordered a toy for my son. Didnt arrive within 3 days. contacted site & soon found out they dont hold any stock. a bit disappointing. Refund also can take upto 30days as per their policy. not a great customer experience.
Tried phoning several times to chase up my order which still seems to be unfulfilled and no other helpful details as to why. If you do not have something in stock, surely it is more helpful to state at the point of receiving orders so that we can anticipate this or go an order from else where from more upfront suppliers. The phone helpline is absolutely useless with being kept on hold for ages on a number of occassions when i tried to speak to someone about this. This is totally against the spirit of what is stated on the website. I am really disappointed with the service.

Had a frustrating experience but I'm hoping for a good result after problems ordering and paying online. The credit card payment wasn't working, so rather than just cancel the order, which I could not, I was asked to pay be bank transfer. Had better things to do than go to the bank so used the live chat but got conflicting answers and advice. Got confused and fed up so asked for the order to be cancelled by using several different contact forms. At the end of the day - past 3pm - I finally got a message saying that card payment was working, so risked another go. After a few false starts it seemed to get going and I might just get my battery before the weekend. We shall see. Bit annoyed that I was offered free delivery at one point but this disappeared after one of the false starts. Would have been more helpful if the Help facility just reported that the website was up the creek and to try again after a certain time. Also hoping that the battery will work with my camcorder as it's not an original.

I ordered Petite cherie gift set and it was the cheapest price around, nearly £20 cheaper!!
I compared some prices to major competitors and they are indeed well priced. But after placing an order it did not turn up after the 10 days free delivery period. When I phoned them they said they only had 1 of the 3 graphics cards I had ordered and that’s why they had not sent the order. I cancelled this part of the order it then took 2 more calls before the remaining part of the order arrived. I now have over £700 in credit with them which they are only going to refund after 30 days. I don't think this is fair as their website ordering system should not have allowed an order of 3 items to be placed when only 1 was in stock. Also why have free 10 day postage if you wait 8 days before sending it via courier to me, why not post it straight away and have happier customers.
Have used WAE before as their price was very competitive but used their instant ordering rather than registering. When I wanted to order something else sometime later, I found that it wouldn't accept my email even though I tried to register properly the second time. I ended up having to use my wife's email in the end. I then tried to change the email address back to mine in the account details but the system still wouldn't allow it saying "that email is already in use".......!

Micro SD 16Gb cards x2 ordered and selected longer delivery time for 'free'. Arrived exactly on last day of time scale advised at ordering point via UPS with an excellent series of email advisory comms too! UPS driver excellent too.
This company is a joke. Do not get sucked it by the bright lights website and local birmingham number . They have an indian call centre !! and often stock is imported AFTER you order !! this is why you get LONG LONG delays. then when you cancel 28 days to refund your card !! beware of these cowboys.

My order was placed on the 24th of May at 8:30am. & i payed extra for the "7-10 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY" -_- Its now the 24th of June... Nothing received , no dispatched confirmation, and every time i phone the company up they tell me it will be one more week..."Probably" My order is £286 worth of computer parts for my Gaming PC build i decided to get with my birthday money. Thanks to these pitiful excuses for human beings i have to wake up the the 60% built PC (The other parts from amazon that came the next day). NEVER risk your money with these scam artists. Filling in forms from the credit card company so they can do a charge back. The sooner my money is out of this horrible scam websites grasp the better.
