the items I ordered didn't need the cost of the postage

I ordered the part I required OK. The next day I received an E-mail telling me they were currently out of stock but more were expected in about 7 days and did I still wish to retain the order. I was not in any particular hurry so I said yes. The part actually arrived within 5 days, so all in all a very good service, they kept me informed and exceeded their own expectations.

New coal ordered for gas fire. Delivered next day as promised. However, coals were broken. Asked for replacement but out of stock, also out of stock at manufacturer so now on back order. Promised May - Very disappointing!

I needed a spare for an old Dimplex bathroom heater (the pull cord and the small plastic "seesaw" that it attaches to). It turned out to be the only spare available for Dimplex down heaters so I ordered it immediately. Delivered very quickly but although the shape and the item was exactly what I wanted, it became clear that the size was different. After some work with a hacksaw, I did manage to make it work however it would have been useful to know that (presumably) the spare was not an exact fit for older models and some modifications might be required. That said, I would be very happy to order from this company again.
