I needed a replacement part to repair our water heater after the internal screw thread snapped in the early hours of a Saturday morning. After my family tried hunting around all the local plumbing suppliers in town they came up with nothing and the only other merchant yet to try was closed on Saturdays. I ordered the part needed from UK SPARES online on the Sunday afternoon and it arrived within a few days. Big thank you for great service guys. Well done.

WE ORDERED AND PAID FOR THE ITEM ABOVE WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE OUT OF STOCK AND NOT EXPECTED IN FOR A LONG TIME. I THINK THE SYSTEM SHOULD INDICATE THAT THE ITEM IS IN STOCK OR NOT BEFORE WE ORDER AND PAY FOR IT.

UK Spares put the manufacturer to shame. The original equipment manufacturer has a much less than intuitive website and when that fails have a very poor call handing system that went round in circles. UK Spares website works well and the DPD delivery service is second to none. Very satisfied.

This company has got perfect customer services !!!! I ordered elements and bulbs for my elderly relative's electric fire. The order was made on Monday night, processed on Tuesday and arrived on Wednesday. Due to the fragile nature of the goods I was a bit concerned re packaging.....not a worry, well wrapped and secure.

I ordered a new transducer for my Dimplex Danville fire from UK Spares. The service I received was first class but the thing that for me soured the transaction was the delivery cost. I live in Northern Ireland and the cost of delivery for a small box was £21. As Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom I felt this was very expensive as mainland delivery to the U.K was only £8.50. I would have expected to have to have paid a little extra for postage but not that much!!
