As a private customer I had not had any need to contact UK-Spares in the past. I found their customer services extremely efficient and fast reply. I ordered the required part on their webpage late Monday evening, had a reply Tuesday at 0840 to say it will be dispatched by Royal Mail today, and it arrived on Thursday. Easy to use website. Parcel arrived exactly at the time specified. Part was a replacement for an old piece of equipment and although different material was exactly the right pecification.

The item arrived in good time and was correct. The only criticism I have is the actual cost for a toggle and pull-cord plus with no security it was posted to me at a cost of £3.50p. A first class stamp on an envelope would have done. Paul Meredith
