Great service and the spares were cheaper than a competitor but why an expensive "signed for" courier for a couple of tiny switches in a Jiffy bag? Also it was a nuisance to have to in when normal post would simply go through the door.

Dimplex Optimist fire. Transducer repair kit. Sounds expensive with postage (about £16) but it's the only place I could find that stocks such a thing and compared to the cost of replacing the transducer it's peanuts

I WAS AT MY WITS END,UNTIL I CAME ACROSS UK SPARES. Ive had a triton shower for 12 mnths,couldnt get spares from Triton or anybody else. BIG UP UK SPARES CAME TO MY RESCUE IME CLEAN AGAIN.

As a maintenance engineer I purchase spares from many companies. When I could not find the spares I needed on the ZIP website I googled and found UK Spares. The website was easy to use and I ordered what I needed. I, inadvertantly, ordered one part which was an "obsolete" item.
