I was told it would arrive early July, now being told early August and I have paid for part. Not a good service.

Quick responses to customer service emails, honest company to deal with - they came forward to say the goods would be slightly delayed and asked if I still wanted to go ahead. Very refreshing in an age when most companies wouldn't even bother to tell you. Highly recommended

Good quick service but excessive postage and delivery charge. £10 for a £3 spanner- this need to be reduced considerably.

I was given the details of UK Spares by Dimplex as they no longer manufacture the brackets to fix an electric towel rail bought quite a few years ago & gave me a part # to ask for. Rather than email, I rang UK spares and the gentleman who answered the phone (a pleasant surprise) knew exactly which part would be a suitable replacement & gave me details of price etc. I left it then to think about this as the price was much higher than I had hoped. I ordered the part online, acknowledgement was sent very quickly & parts arrived within the timescale promised. The package was quite light and I personally think it did not warrant dispatch by a courier firm at a cost of £8.50 so I was disappointed that there was no option to select 1st or 2nd class post as the means of delivery. I understand that the range of spares supplied is extensive but is there no way you can identify small packages and treat them accordingly? Customer service etc. was spot on & I would use this UK Spares again. Dimplex could learn a lot about dealing with customers from this company.

This is the second time we have used them and they are an excellent supplier of those hard to find spares particularly for the rubbishy water heater we have that always needs something. Only down side is delivery is not next day.
