I was very pleased with the kind efficient and speedy service I received from Simplelife mobility.
Disappointed at the web site, I purchased a three wheeled electric scooter for my wife going by the one advertised on there web page, but the scooters handle bar were different to the one received, plus the free delivery in fairly large print of up to 3 working day's, mine was delivered in 7 day's, had I have known it was going to take so long I would have paid the £7.49 next day delivery charge. Staff were polite when I phoned but I do think Simplelife Mobility should look at there advertisements. FJC.
I recently purchased a second hand wheelchair, which was missing its foot rests. I contacted Simplelife Mobility and spoke to a very helpful young lady named Missie. She located the parts I needed, told me the price which was very reasonable and included post and packaging. Within three days the feet had arrived and my friend fitted the. Now I am ready to visit new pastures in my chair. I would award Simplelifd Mobility 10 out of 10.

I recently purchased a leather recliner chair from this company after checking with them that it was leather and not plether I was sent a plether chair which the delivery driver unpacked and removed the pallet which it was sent on I was out at the time I e mailed to complain I was told they wouldnt accept a return without a pallet and I would have to pay to return it without said pallet which the driver had took away with him,I explained that the goods werent as advertised he repeated that they were so basically I was stuck with a plether chair
Contacted the supplier by phone and was given honest advice about which power chair would be most suited for my wife's needs. Went to the shop the following day and spent 2 hours discussing the pros and come of various machines before choosing and collecting the chosen power chair. I have had the chair now for 5months and am most impressed with the performance.

The Z-Tec Silver Lightweight Rollator with bag is great. Simplelife Mobility price was the best price online. Delivery was fast and efficient. What more could you ask? Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
Contacted Simplelife Mobility as referred to by Z - Tec the wheelchair manufacturers and was glad to be told the castor wheels were still on stock and were dispatched the same day. That was on a Friday and when I got into work on the following Monday they had been delivered ! Mum is now mobile again !

I bought a lightweight rollator for outside use. It was delivered within 48 hours. Three months later one of the wheels broke. I rang them and they told me they would send a replacement one once I had given all the relevant information about the rollator. Remember to keep your paperwork when you buy. The new wheel arrived within 24 hours. My husband replaced it and I was up and running within hours. Fantstic.

We found this wheelchair and thought that it was to cheap to be any good. Looked at the other reviews and decided to go ahead and purchase. Really impressed with look and condition of the chair. Well worth the money and mum is now able to go with us on shopping trips etc it has been the best £80 ever spent!
Ordered 4 items 4 arrived in 2 deliveries less than 24 hrs - impressive. 2 items correct - Blue Rollator and Wheelchair cushion. 2 items wrong - Red Wheelchair (rec'd Blue) 24" Grab Rail (rec'd 36") Returns system sort of worked eventually and all corrected. Could have done without the hassle but no one died !! Problem is Vendor, Supplier and Delivery rely on an individual picking the right items. Rushing on a Friday afternoon I guess. All products were in good order and well made - would recommend. Assembly instructions for Rollator could be better and fixings with the grab rail would have helped.
