I ordered a coccyx cushion but was mistakenly sent the wrong cushion. I called Simplelife and they arranged for the manufacturer to send me a new one directly. Excellent product and excellent customer service! Thank you!
Ordered direct and the help and process very slick. I took the precaution of calling to check on process, staff very knowledgeable and covered the No-VAT statement that does not appear on all e-commerce sites! Rapid delivery as promised and a great chair for my Dad and our small car.

Very good well pleased with rolletor.. It's solid and very light It's sturdy and easy manoeuvred it is slightly wider than my last one so just a case of getting used to it but well pleased up to now... The only thing I could say was I never knew when it was arriving, Was impressed with the service and speed of delivery...****
I telephoned the Monday before Christmas because the footplate on my mums (very very old) wheelchair had broken over the weekend. A new footplate was sourced and posted the same day. It was delivered on the Tuesday, very well packaged. Thank you - brilliant services at reasonable prices!
The wheelchair was delivered within 48 hours, excellent service. Looks good and easy to manoeuvre but beware the brakes on the wheels, they do not make contact with the wheels at all!! Have tried to adjust but currently to no avail, awaiting a man with a better tool!
We ordered the wheelchair on Wednesday and it arrived at 9 a.m. on Friday morning by parcel force. The Wheelchair is light, easy to carry and manoeuvre and comfortable. A very good buy, thank you.

Impressed with the quality of the product and arrived quickly. Good communication and the item was well wrapped so no damage. Would highly recommend. Its a present for my Great Uncle, I'm sure he will love it as he broke his favourite walking stick a while back.

Ordered a wheelchair which is fab and didnt take long to arrive, i did pay extra for next day delivery and came within 24 hours. The only comment i have is that i never received any email communication from simplelife re the purchase ....and still havent even though i have had the chair over 2 weeks. so no reciept thankfully i paid via paypal so have proof from them. Had to speak to the company via online chat to confirm that the order was even received and being processed. otherwise happy with purchase ...would use again but would register with then to make any other purchases and not order as a visitor.
