Excellent customer service and the parts worked perfectly although my walker did not need a new front fork. The wider tyre fitted into the existing item.
After an initial hiccup with the web site not working I ordered what I thought was a sage green folding commode, only to find out that it's grey! The service was good and efficient and the product sturdy and I'm sure fit for purpose (not used yet), though much heavier than I thought.

The service from ordering this wheelchair was excellent. I ordered this chair for my mum as I am not able to get heavier chairs in and out of my car when I take her out.. She tells me it was very comfortable. We could not be more pleased it is everything we hoped it would be.
Despite us ordering a pair of slippers for next day delivery we are still waiting for the item 2 weeks later!! Will we ever get these slippers..

The walker has given my 92 year Mum a great deal of independence and confidence to go outside. She reluctantly agreed to acquiring a walker after being unable to walk unaided over the last few weeks. It was somewhat difficult to put together but soon managed with the instructions provided. I would recommend this product due to the quality and prompt delivery.
