I ordered this item on the 7th of December with a promise of two days delivery , it is now the 16th and it has still not arrived .It was required as a Christmas present and I am beginning to feel let down by Simplelife Mobility ! Having paid I by credit card I expect the money has already been taken from my account .Also I have received no confirmation of a final delivery date .
Spares & help was great. I know no-one else who could have been so helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery (?) Delivery took 4 days. That wasn't a problem but (possibly not SLM's fault) wasn't as described on the web site. Maybe they sent it by Royal Mail as there were a lot of stamps on the Jiffy Bag .. well enough to arrive within 2 days. Generally good service and THE ONLY PEOPLE I COULD FIND THAT HELPED ME.
