After paying the additional £12 for a Saturday delivery for an urgently needed wheelchair, it did not arrive. Rang customer service and was told he couldn’t help other than to give me an incorrect phone number of delivery people. Rang again on Sunday and another man also was unable to help but did put me on hold for around 10 minutes. Unfortunately for him, the phone was “live” when I heard the first man say “oh, you need to do ..... S**t! Tell her to ring in the morning “. I was incensed! I repeated to the advisor what I had heard but he made no comment about it. I told him to cancel the order and he said he couldn’t do that either! I went through PayPal and they agreed to refund me. The only decent thing about the whole business. Would never consider doing anything else with this company. Steer well clear!
Good fast service, I ad to buy complete new wheels. when a set of new wheel bearings would have done the job, much cheaper.
Good product bought for my mother and she loves it and good value
Easy to order online and very helpful lady confirmed that that part I needed would fit my mother's wheelchair. And came the next day so Mum was without her wheelchair for shortest time possible.

Had trouble with my internet whilst wanting to order a Rollator so phoned instead the lady the other end was most kind very professional and swift in putting order in for me' i received my order couple days later and i was not disappointed it has helped me immensely many thanks Simple Life will be in touch soon....

Lightweight Folding 10.5kg Transit Wheelchair with Handbrakes SL-0103-BL. At £99 plus VAT I think that this is a very good deal. The chair is perfect for taking my gran out. Very easy to purchase online with VAT exemption. The wrong chair was delivered but swapped next day. Still rates 5 Star in my book.

Wheelchair very well described on website. Took two days for next day delivery but carrier’s fault not Simplelife. Goods as described and arrived in good condition. Due to Christmas holidays I contacted the company to see when they were back at work: I received a prompt and polite reply.
This product has improved my mobility from a slow, shaky two-stick walk to a confident almost normal walk. I consider it one of the most worthwhile purchases i have made.
