Fantastic service. Had difficulty ordering online-could not register for VAT free charge, so placed order by phone. The operative was very polite and helpful. Purchased the Z-tec rollator for my mum, it was delivered within 24hrs of placing the order. Product easy to assemble. Mum finds rollator easy to use and pleased with seat for when she needs a rest. I find it quick and easy to fold down, and light to lift into the car. We are totally satisfied.

My 92 year old mother had been using a 3 wheeled walker but following several falls she required a walker which would provide greater stability. We looked at various 4 wheeled walking frames but none seemed to tick all the boxes except the 'Folding Lightweight Rollator with Backrest and Removeable Bag - Silver By Z-Tec Mobility' The walker arrived in 2 days (free postage) and my mother is absolutely delighted. It has many really unique and clever design features, folds easily for transporting in the car, has a comfortable seat and has a deceptively roomy shopping bag. The only slight problem is the effort required to secure the seat n the locked/open position but hopefully this will slacken off with time.

Unfortunately I didn't receive an order acceptance from this company so wasn't sure that my order had gone through the correct channels. After 'phoning several times and messaging the acceptance of my order did materialise and I also received a receipt by post. The chair seems fine and husband tells me it is very comfortable. R.O.

Quick delivery. Fair quality for the price. Just hoping the motor has a reasonable life...as it was such a bargain, one begins to wonder why? But, very pleased, so far!

Excellent speedy delivery. However, latch opened when pressure applied to handle to tilt wheelchair. Found that bolt head did not fully engage in the latch hole. Managed to fix this by making hole slightly larger with a file and using the bolt from the original broken latch. (The new bolt is shorter than the original with a cheaper locking nut). Note that the new latch has extra welding so should be stronger than the original.

Excellent service, ordered on Friday and delivered on Monday. My only gripe would be where was the receipt? Product exactly as described and my Mother is really pleased with it. Sue Campbell
