Paid for goods on 03/04/2018, received no emailed confirmation of order, no receipt, no invoice. Completed online form to request copy of invoice, received no reply. Did receive 3 emails asking for feedback though,(obviously more of a priority to Simplelife). So here you go.

SimpleLife Mobility is a fantastic company for obtaining spares for mobility aids.

Spoke to Sue and then Mizzy to order a spare pair of wheels for a tri-walker. They were really helpful and friendly. The correct parts arrived the following day better than promised. Would definitely use Simple Life Mobility again. First Rate Service.

I had no prior knowledge of wheelchairs and needed something LIGHTWEIGHT and practical for my parents to take them to the hospital and doctors. My mother used this particular wheel chair in a garden centre and we were able to source and buy it through www.simplelifemobility as ZTec don't sell to the public. The wheel chair is SO EASY to use. You don't need spanners or anything to put it together. I practised the day before to get used to how to put it together and disassemble - but you only need five minutes to familiarise yourself. Excellent order and delivery

The website had very reasonably priced wheelchairs with free delivery. It is not clear that the prices exclude VAT but this was not a problem as it was for someone who is registered disabled therefore VAT exempt. I contacted them within 24 hours to ask if another item could be included in the order and the call centre could not answer but left a message with someone who could. They replied 9 days later after the item had been dispatched and theoretically delivered - this was delayed due to snow. The wheelchair is good quality and comfortable with the addition of a cushion sourced elsewhere at a better price.

Fantastic service from my on line order to the delivery of my rollator including my senior moment that I had to email them about, they could not of been more helpful. My ztec falcon rollator is wonderful I cannot rate it high enough, so lightweight to lift in and out of the car and very comfy to sit on, frequently in my case.

The product and service cannot be faulted Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the after sales review requests which, despite a request to end these requests after submitting a review, have continued.Therefore I suggest that any customers who receive review requests unsubscribe from the mailing list.

Telephone call returned on time as promised. New bag for walking aid arrived within 48 hours. Excellent quality and perfect fit. What more can I say. Great service.
