The chair is very good value.It is quite comfortable and wellmade. It was needed for our holiday and arrived on time as promissed when I phoned our order. This was especially appreciated as we had left ordering it rather late and just before a bank holiday. Well done.

I ordered my Z-Tec Lite Rollator late Monday night and it arrived on Thursday morning, well chuffed. Its much better than the website picture and the assembly instructions were clear with photographic pictures. It took me just 10 minutes altogether to fully assemble and adjust it to my requirements. I then took it on a "test drive" I have been using a tri-walker but my new walker is really good it feels sturdy and well made. The handgrips are contoured so they feel comfortable and although it has swivel front wheels it does not "run away" with you so you feel in control of it. I did find it difficult to fold but when I got home and read the instructions I realized that I had not done it properly, so I tried again and it was easy. It just goes to show that you should always read the instructions even if you think you know what you are doing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simplelife Mobility because they have made my life a lot easier and at an affordable price. Thank you Simplelife Mobility!

I ordered this item hoping that it would arrive very quickly but it took 7 days to arrive after having been informed that it was dispatched two days after my order was placed. Why did it take so long after that to deliver within the UK. After all, we are not exactly in an inaccessible area.

I qrdered this chair over the weekend the email said despatch in 5 to 7 working days ,email received saying chair despatched 0857 Monday morning arrived via yodel on Wednesday morning ,excellent service doug

I was initially going to make my purchase with another company who advertised the same product, a power chair, for a few pounds cheaper. However, the price went up while I was on the phone and I just wasn't getting good vibes from the salesperson. After hanging up without buying I then phoned Simplelife Mobility. The phone was answered within two rings by Lynn, who I found to be polite, cheerful and knowledgeable about the product. After completing the purchase she advised me that the item would be delivered in five to seven days. It arrived just three days later! I'm so glad I went with Simplelife Mobility; a very pleasant buying experience indeed. The icing on the cake was that I made my purchase just before the price went up by £150. Result!

I purchased a Mobility triwalker from this company. They provided a really good service from start to finish. The web site is very user friendly, I contacted them by phone with a few questions and for some advice on my choice of purchase. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful Between us we chose the product most suited to me. After speaking to a very helpful lady assistant on a Saturday, our Z-tec rollator arrived first thing on the Tuesday morning. My husband who has had three major heart operations has found it to be the most suitable rollator and has not stopped using it since it arrived. On many occasions we had tried to speak to someone responsible in several other mobility companies, and had sent back several other rollators which were much heavier than advertised. The Z-tec is by far the lightest one we have found,it is well balanced and easy to put in the car. It has been used round supermarkets, three racing stables with cobbled yards, and he really would not have coped without it. The most necessary item has been the seat as he frequently has to sit down quickly, and is able to do this on his own. We found that Simple Mobility provided the best friendly and professional advice out of all the numerous companies we were in contact with. A Health Professional

z-tec rollator: ordered after hours on the tuesday, arrived before 10am on the thursday! very simple to put the push handles in and it feels very sturdy and secure, and oh, it has made such a difference! the folding n putting into a friend's car was a bit harder than expected, i second the person who says ztec could have added a velcro strap, but i will use a tripod clip. simplelife have been great, the website ordering was easy, i was astonished how cheap it was (£68) and when i accidentally triggered a re-order they assured me the next day that even before my email they knew it was a mistake, phew! i was particularly impressed at the range, i am near the top weight/bulk range of an ordinary (non-bariatric) rollator and the measurements are accurate, which buying online is always a worry, and they had pretty colours ;) well a nice cheery glittery blue, and as i say, it feels very sturdy, the handles become armrests when you sit down and the cushion is comfy. i have fibromyalgia so i really need the walk-and-rest, but the arthritic brakes are a real bonus as my hands suffer a lot of pain too. altogether: super pleased!

I ordered a mobility scooter for my wife online on Saturday 8th Sept its now 25 Sept & no scooter. I have phoned simplelifemobility 4 times and their delivery company HDD 2 times. Simplelifemobility have phoned HDD at least 3 times and I was promised they would call me back for a confirmation of a delivery on 27th. Needless to say nobody called. I will cancel my order as this could not be called service. Absolute rubbish.

really pleased with My wheelchair. it's light-weight but very sturdy. it's easy to put in the boot of the car. also it will be ideal for air travel. also with it being- self propelled gives you independence when in shops. has a better style than the majority of other makes that are mainly black & are just boring. I have just recently had the need to have mobility-help to get around.some days I can manage walking a little but others I do need My chair.

I purchased a lightweight foldable wheelchair recently from Simplelife mobility. They delivered the item next day and I assembled it within a minute, so simple, and best of all I can just put it behind the car seat ready for use. I would recommend Simplelife Mobility to anyone.

I have received my Z-Tec rollator in good condition but have not yet used it. It appears to be well constructed and looks good, too. Its ability to be folded and readily transported is very important to me. Therefore I am disappointed to find that once folded there is no means of locking it in this state. Instead, when lifted it flops back into an open state before I can stow it! I have spent my time so far fitting two straps and two clips to hold the main body, seat and backrest. I still have to devise means to hold the front (steerable) wheels from twisting (not from rotating). Surely Z-Tec could have done all this.
